Finally we get back out on the bike after the storms recently, today we head to a new food truck in Scorton, never been before so i take a look round, grab a coffee and a pastie! Also we take a look at the new seat cover, very comfy now with the gel pad i fitted. Also take a look at the top box from Givi we fitted. Cheers Nick @ MotoUK 🙏

Thanks SBK, yes I love the seat 👍 and agree on the box, hated my Yamaha 39lt one as was huge but this is just right and the way I can remove it and the rack plate easily was a no brained for me. Lovely village but yes behind the tree line is M6 and constant noise

Thanks for the ride out, I've been suffering from rider frustration myself with all the bad weather though today looks promising. Wow, the bike's looking good with the new seat covering and that low profile top box, my Yamaha FZ1-S Custom has some serious competition. I originally wanted the lower profile top box for my ZZR but the dealer was insistent on the chubbier Givi as they were able to do a paint match on the lid. Going to try out new camera and mic today, hopefully now I'll get useable audio.

Nice video as usual, used to live in Scorton few years ago, brother still does in “one of the stone washed cottages “. If you visit again you could of turned off the A6 about a mile before you did just down the side of Thorpeys chippy, you kind of doubled back on yourself.

what did the little french van sell ? must have been serene before the M6 was built, what a shame , but that's progress, nice looking top box without the usual bulk, bike looking great and I do like that jacket.

Hi David, van was great, sold sandwich’s bacon buns, sausage buns, cakes, drinks, teas and coffees, pies too 😁 Such a shame yes but i guess the M6 has been there a long time now, would annoy me though if i lived there! Yes happy with the top box for days away and to hold the camera gear. It’s a good jacket really happy with it. Cheers Nick

Nice ride out! So you think the RST Brixton cooler than the Eclipse jacket? (Brixton looks nicer or that Merlin but I really want something for 25c plus). Yeah gonna get out tomorrow for a quick pre theory blast. Hope the trip goes well🤞

The Brixton without the liner is ok yes but the eclipse is better being mesh. For 25c plus you need a mesh jacket really

I'm probably 2-3 months away from going on the first ride of the year on the MT10SP, love the chill Sunday rides here. I gotta ask though about the stitching on the seat cover. On the website there's no option for a custom stitching just the "MT10" stitching, did you email them for that or how does that work do you know? Cheers and ride safe.

Hi Hakan, so yes you need to mail them, Marcello at Volacano [e-mail] Explain what colour stitching or logo you want and they will produce give a price, tell them I sent you. 👍

All the Audio in the video was from the Instamic except one section that had the wind noise while walking round as I turned it off and forgot, so the wind noise section was from my iPhone

Hey Nick the bikes lookin fantastic as usual what a lovely lookin day and place I must get out there this year , I have decided to go for an Insta 360 and I was thinking of the rode remote type mics to use with it and just have the one camera to do everything ,what do you think as a proven pro : D not yet sure how I will set it up but ya live and learn I hope . : D .Looking forward to what's coming up quite soon sounds like fun . : )

Hey thanks 🙏 so on the insta I’ve never used a mic with it so can’t comment, I think Richard at Banditmanuk on KZbin uses that set up, ask him what he thinks👍 it’s all trial and error and wind noise is the dreaded enemy to try to overcome
