loved your recipe. Just s suggestion if you want it to taste more chinese or continental you can try substituting the chilli power with green and red chilli sauce. Some oyster sauce also adds a nice flavour.

Cornflower and cornstarch are 2 different things, but the countries that are far away from mexico (the ones using actual cornflower) say corn starch to means cornflower
