Lovely calming video. The W & N bottle you rejected was probably Windsor and Newton artist materials. Probably contained masking fluid looking at the colour. The price on the Birds Eye peas would have been 16 shillings and six-pence, roughly 82 pence - Inflation plus time value of money…. And if you do something with those old packets you will be entering the realms of pop-art. Video enjoyed😊

Maybe invest in a small plastic sled you two can carry between you on your way to and from a mudlarking. One of you could then drag it over the sandier or grassier parts of the beach. It could also transport your equipment😊

Fleur and Kate, I think the garden peas were from the Birdseye frozen foods company, I recognized the bird looking logo in the blue oval. Wonderful finds on this site ladies. Congratulations on your allotment garden plot; the sweetpea flowers are lovely, just like the two of you ladies. I was curious about Alley Soper, so I looked up the name and my search showed a correction to my spelling. . .Alley Sloper. I learned something about the comic strip character: he listened at doorways & peeped through keyholes and was generally a ne'er do well type. The marble is very pretty with its swirls and bubbles. The crown cap badge (?) and the marcasite clasp/buckle are terrific finds as well. I love your and the Northern Mudlarks's videos the best. It's a pleasure to be able to travel to your neck of the world vicariously through your KZbin videos until I can get there in reality. Greetings and good vibes from North Carolina! 😊🥰😊

The pics of those lovely wild flowers was the perfect lead in to another enjoyable lark. Beautiful marble Kate, the white streaks against that deep amber colour were an inspired combination. regarding your light bulb, perhaps you could drill out the top, remove the filament and insert a tiny wheat bulb, would enhance the Christmas tree. Nice selection of materials Fleur. Glad to hear your allotment is starting to produce the goods, evidenced by those pretty flowers in the gorgeous earthenware jar. Sunny cat is looking fit and mischievous!

Both you ladies have lovely nails .... I think it's the first time I haven't seen them painted 💅 great finds! I would love to see your allotment to see what you're growing.... Are you canning anything? Do you grow herbs? And I simply love picnics and would like to know what your favorite sandwich is to pack to take larking or to your allotment if you're spending the day there.... I know I have many questions I live in Indiana in the united states', but I wish I were there 😢

Speaking of the 1940s doll house, I'm pretty sure the little plane is a Wellington bomber... Would be a good thing for a dad and son doll to be "making" together 😂 Lots of nice bits there, but the plastic is definitely unfortunate... It's EVERYWHERE now. If I ever end up in Kent, I'll help you both clear up some plastic 😂

Great to see Sunny sunning himself, bet he's loving this Heatwave. I feed a lot of strays each morning and recently a large hedgehog has been joining them. With this searing hot weather suspect you'll be back mudlarking in a river to cool off a bit. P. S. I recognise those vegetable bags from Bejams, frozen food shop before Iceland.
