If you're busy and time is precious, just sort and organize a few handfuls of kitchen pantry items at a time. Start gathering the spices together, the veggies, the boxed sides, etc... The more you get gathered together the more organized you will be and, the quicker doing a deep organize will be whether you do it shelf by shelf, cupboard by cupboard, or the whole kitchen. - If you end up really switching things up, put up a couple of post-it notes to label your cupboards and shelves; for the other people in the household of course.

I cook my spaghetti squash in the instant pot all the time! Cut in half, scoop out seeds, add 1 cup water, high pressure for about 20 minutes. Comes out perfect! Use it anyway you like after that. Oh my gosh!! I just love this channel every time, Becky. And also, your editing is getting so much better! It wasn’t bad to begin with but it’s so cool to see how you’re learning so much. Also, loved watching your reaction to the homemade pop tarts!!

You've totally inspired me to create some of my own what we eat in a week videos. I relate so much to the way you cook and can't wait till we can get on a small farm to grow our own food. Thanks so much for the inspiration Becky!
