First, that is a great engineering project. BRAVO! Congrats on such a clean job. Second, that thing is stupid fast and I would be very concerned about the tires he's using. If a tire came off at speed the pilot would probably learn a few things about pain he'd rather not know.

If you actually used this as a lawnmower (btw title has a typo). You would need a cutter that spins fast enough to actually manage to cut all the lawn under it with that speeds. So the drag from the cutter would either suck the mower in to the ground or lift it up like a helicopter. And turning it would be impossible due to the gyroscope effect that the cutter produces. This is how we mow down the Swedish in Finland
