Ghamidi Sb., we are proud of our history in general and we know that it was one of the Golden Periods in history of mankind. If Allah gives me the Taufeeq, I may begin loving the enemies of Hazrat Ali RA and his sons as well. I have nothing else against them except that they hurt the people we generally love. I am a student of politics and I cannot help but appreciate the political acumen of individuals like Ameer Muawiya, Amr bin Aas, and Mughira bin Shuba. But it is unfortunate that the victims of their talents were the Ahle Bait. Everything else aside, Ghamidi Sb. spoke masterfully today, even by his lofty standards. While I appreciate Ghamdi Sab's views, his profound knowledge and his convincing arguments, I am surprised by his support to the western occupation of Afghanistan. (Please note that I am not a Taliban supporter and I do not agree with their interpretation of Islam) 1. Is it not naive to say that western countries occupied Afghanistan to promote democracy and human rights and not to occupy it directly or indirectly through a puppet regime? If democracy is so sacrosanct why do these same western countries topple elected democracies in Egypt, Gaza, Latin American countries? Why do these same western countries openly support autocrats, dictators and tyrants when it suits them? 2. While I agree with "Amruhum Shoora bainahum" concept, how can we say that a vote of a uneducated citizen with a vote of a highly educated/knowledgeable citizen, because even Prophet never sought opinion from all Sahaba, he used to consult Sahaba who were of a certain stature/taqwa/intellect. We all know the flaws of modern day democracy and how it can be manipulated. 3.. According to Ghamdi sb only Muslim Govt's (or When Muslims attain power) can do jehad or call for jehad when Muslims are being oppressed or being killed/tortured for following Islam. There are almost 50 countries Govt's run/controlled by Muslims, currently. . I ask him to Please show me onr country which is fighting for oppressed Muslims? Also,, if Muslim countries start attacking other countries who are oppressing their Muslim population, won't it lead to anarchy and large scale interstate war?

😌 afsos sud afsos, Ghamdi Saab didn’t present single evidence from history of Ummah (since he is munkreen hadees) of muhadeseen to defend Yadzid & co, whole 19 episodes are based on what logically Ghamdi Saab think rather then evidenced of his though process. One of the most ignorant comment I have ever read against Ghamidi. He is the one who always quotes references. Plus this series of lectures are by far the best series by any scholar on the differences between sahaba razwanallahi ajmaeen. We very naivly take sides when it comes to differences between sayidna Ali r.a and ameer e muawiya r.a. But we zoom in the fact that we'd come to know that there were heavy weight sahabas on both sides. For example, in the assassination of Sayidna Usman r.a. two very distinguished sahaba i.e. muhammad bin abi bakar etc were nominated. Bro.. i m sunni, but i will tell u the fact that more than 90% of ahl e sunnat loves Ahl ul Bait... in this particular matter, i think it will not be just to compare Ali r.a with Muawaya.. the services rendered/tasks provided/deeds done/achievements/sacrifices/hardships faced by Ali r.a are everlasting.. he is the super natural hero of our islamic history...

@@Shah_hssn bro.. Ghamidi sab is my teacher... (i swear Allah), but with due respect here Ghamidi sab is ignoring position of Ali r.a nd justifying act(baghi) of Muawaya r.a .. (bro it is just like if me and u stand against Ghamidi sab in an issue and ignores all his services for islam and compel him to leave everything for me and u..) Ali r.a was true in his stance that first strengthen my arms then i will take action against the culprits whereas Muawaya exploits Usman r.a death for his political gains..
