PART 59 - 1952 CHEVY 3100 - DRIVER'S SIDE CAB PANEL REPLACEMENT (Part 1)!

Hi Everyone! In this weeks video, Dave & I start to replace the driver's side cab panel. It appears as though in the past, the driver's door was forced open TOO far and put a big crease down the entire front panel. This was a longer video, so I broke it down into 2 parts.

Hey Phil, be sure to mount your VIN plate on the exterior panel above the lower hinge before you weld the patch panel in place. You won't have access to the back side of the special rivets that secure the plate after you button everything up. Just sayin'...

I love your build How you call the holders that you remove with the special plier ?

@@ShowPhil great, I will order one today, Do yo have an idea if the 1946 frame are the same as the 1953? I just bought one with a front clip , disc brakes, V8 and With a 700R4 transmission, I try to find info in the forums but no luck

48-53 are the same. 46 is different
