@@angelorobledo1536 Aren’t his insecurities what drive him? I might be mixing him up with another, but one of his first introductions/opportunities to be seen, he dropped the ball hard. ( 04 olynpics) He was always having to compete with Kobe Bryant, whose work ethic alone would intimidate everyone, and make them think “If I worked as hard as Kobe, how great would I be” combined with how he was following Michael Jordan. Who was just the peak. Even though Wilt Chamberlain was better, MU actually just changed the game, and really changed discussions to making them talk about individual players rather than the team. You have liters hundreds of thousands of fans, calling your era weak, soft, that you couldn’t even get on the court in previous eras. Hell, he got ragged on for his support of the CCP, which Hong Kongera started to burn your jersey. Even though he wasn’t even really anti hong kong, as much as he was just oblivious. Being so famous, that anything you do and say becomes global headlines. Even getting mad at your teammate for being too stoned during a game. Of course the dude isn’t sure of anything he says. This just seems to be a lesson he learned. “ don’t speak unless you know what you’re talking about” but what do you do when you’re constantly asked questions about things that you don’t know about? And if you refuse to answer you get turned from being a family friendly, likable positive role model, to a pissy person. It just seems that this is the only action he can take, and now it’s become habit. As getting made fun of by a streamer, beats the shit out of being hated by an entire county. It’s just the safest way for him to navigate the media.

I've been a liar growing up and even into my adult life, the need for affirmation and my demanding upbringing made me always need to say what was tuned, rather than what was right. Lebron reminds me of when I was an unmedicated teenager missing assigned readings and trying to string together a hopeless answer. I hope he can take notice of this behavior, I know from experience that it's very hard to love your life when you're always so wrapped up in what people think of you.

Dude i recognize this, because i used to do the exact same shit, and it's not fun. There was a time when my life was boring as all hell, and there wasn't anything to talk about so i just started making up shit to make my life sound interesting. Thing is, i eventually grew out of it, but i get it man, everybody knows LJ's life, what it's like, every game he's played... There's nothing left to talk about, so he has to make shit up to keep the mystery going... Honestly kind of sucks the dude feels as insecure about his day-to-day life as he does, because he really fucking doesn't need to, but i'm guessing it's a holdover from childhood or his early life that he just never really got a chance to ditch. The fear of being left out, of not fitting in, of not knowing something you think others think you should know... Like, i honestly get it. Just hope he's able to see himself it's no longer needed, and get out of that perpetual state of shame. It's not a fun place to be man... It really isn't... I can't really laugh at this, because i have a feeling i'm not far off the mark with how he sees it. Just feels cruel to laugh, honestly.
