Well its economics. These influencers are able to sell products or something. This generates money the money these influencers are paid are relevant to the profit they generate. While a healthcare worker is more morally valuable but they don't generate a profit. The world of economics doesn't work from a moralistic stand point. It's works for a production stand point.
