Read Acts 16:31. You need a new vision for your baby cousin. You have to come against the enemy in Jesus name and claim this baby for the kingdom of God. This is what I would pray: Father I come before you in Jesus name by the Blood of the Lamb. Father I claim (name), for the kingdom of God and I plead the Blood of Jesus over, (name) that they will be written into the Book of Life in Heaven. Just like Passover Father that the Angel of Death had to passover the doorpost that was marked with the Lamb. I ask you Father to place an Angel over (name) to protect this child and I ask you Father to raise this Child up to break the bondage of this false religion and the whole Family will be saved. Genuine question, do we go to hell for not sharing the gospel? Or not sharing the gospel really means that we're not saved from hell?

@@jaesall3519 if I may, I think the question is based on the wrong assumption. This is not a judgment of you, I’m just pointing out that many people ask similar questions. The question in reality isn’t really whether we preach the gospel to go to heaven or not be sent to hell. What I mean is that we preach the Gospel out of love for God. We heard the Gospel through many different ways and from different people, so knowing the joy we have in Christ and the love Christ for us would we not want others to know of the same love despite our fears of rejection, our social fears, our fear of losing or being embarrassed? That doesn’t mean every single situation is where you must talk about the Gospel. But the Bible says today is the day of Salvation. We are Saved by Grace not by works but works are a demonstration of our Faith. If we are able to speak to others who are unsaved but do not, do we truly love our neighbours as we do ourselves? Wouldn’t we want someone to tell us the good news regardless of how we are because of how perfect God’s love for us is? We mustn’t forget the evangelism isn’t a one man job, it’s the follower of Jesus with the Holy Spirit. So you are not preaching by yourself. It’s by God’s power that people are changed. I’ve experienced the struggling hundreds of times to the point of having a mini panic attack. That’s where Faith comes in. Trusting in God regardless of how people perceive us when we preach. If we are loved by the world, we have failed. I’m not talking about antagonising other people, I’m saying to preach the Gospel to them when we can and telling them the truth. If they don’t want to hear it, simply move on. You have no shame or guilt and you have done what you can. Isn’t that wonderful 😊 that Jesus does not require us to figure out loads of smart ways to bring people to Him but rather we are His messengers? How much more anxiety and pressure we would be under if we were the ones bringing people to Faith rather than the ones who works behind us

We are saved by grace through faith. No of works lest any man should boast. Not telling the gospel isn't going to send us to hell. But not ever sharing the gospel with anyone is a sign that we may not actually love God possibly not actually being saved. ​@jaesall3519

nothing you do or don't do outside of faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of jesus christ has anything to do with salvation. if you say someone who doesn't do enough isn't saved despite profession of faith in christ, then it actually shows you don't know how salvation works. if the gospel you're preaching includes conditions outside 1 cor. 3-4 then it's another gospel and you aren't saving anybody.

Now that I've heard you, of all people say it, it compells me, to continue to reached out to the lost, even though I don't enjoy it, in the same sense you explained. It's rough out there and I always beat myself up that I was miserable doing it, but I did it for love of God and people 🙏. I just listened to this video while driving to do evangelism in a nearby city. The very first person that I spoke to was a guy in his late 20s like myself, and his parents were Irish Catholics from Boston who had given up on God after the scandals of pedophilia in the Catholic Church! God‘s timing is always best. This guy is so close to becoming a believer, as he understands not to throw out the baby with the bathwater, and is disgusted with the evil in current American culture. He is coming to Christianity through the back door of conservative culture, and realizes that maybe none of this countercultural movement will actually work if it isn’t founded upon the foundation that supported western values for millennia, namely christianity. Very cool. He was listening to Joe Rogan when I came up. Praying that Ray can get on there someday!

I hate evangelism too Ray because the rejection hurts on a level that is hard to describe. I remember after a particularly rough day evangelizing in San Francisco I walked home crying imagining the last guy who mocked me standing before God in judgement remembering the very same moment he mocked me, among other key moments where he rejected God’s hand reaching out to him, and it crushed my heart. I love people and don’t want any of them to perish

In the old days along with breaking the commandments came some they pretty sever penalties. Certain commandments were punished with stoning which ended very badly, while others were not much more than a slap on the wrist, proving in God's eyes there are some sins greater than others. Even our earthly laws which God himself has placed there reflect a worse punishment for a worse crime/sin. What these Priests did to those little children was horrific and again the very laws of our land put there by God himself punishes it pretty harshly even today. Meaning those Priests should have been punished...period. wasn't God who saw to it they were not punished, nor was it Gods fault they were not punished, it was the legal system that let us down or man. This bearded man had every reason to believe they should have been punished and because we all sin had nothing to do with it.

Assuming I understand you correctly, good catch...you are right on target there. I touched on that with my doubts and my post was taken down. The Priests should have been punished by the very law God himself has set forth in our country but instead the system failed us. To say they should not be punished because others sin doesn't set well with me at all. Those Priests had a tree in their eye not a spec and the bearded man had every good reason to believe they should have been punished. Good job overall but a few important things said didn't add up.

The Bible says that all will stand before God to give an account of every thought, word, & deed. Will you be innocent or guilty on that day? Let’s look at the Ten Commandments to see if you meet God’s standard. Have you ever lied or stolen? (regardless of value) Ever looked with lust and therefore committed adultery in your heart? (see Matthew 5:28) You may not see these as a "big deal" but God sure does. He is Holy and said, "be Holy, for I am Holy." God sent His Son, Jesus, to live the perfect life we never could. He took God's wrath on the cross, taking the punishment due for His people’s sins against a holy God. Then Jesus rose from the dead.
