Beautiful song. I know it is still hard on all of you . Thankful for the promise that we will be reunited one day with our family / friends again one day soon... Love and prayers .

it will be 3yrs in Aug that my father passed away...I am not sure of his salvation, then eternal life, so I asked my nephew's wife..do u think dad is saved...she didn't hesitate a minute when she told me YES..so our fathers aren't on this earth, but in heaven with our heavenly fathers..I listened to this with tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat as I care for the tiniest of our Father's blessings...sure wished u guys toured out AZ way...but maybe retirement is upon you?? My retirement (that seems really weird)will come next spring when I stop doing that which I have loved for over 40yrs..thousands of babies..hugs to u all, but your mom knows.."He's not there"

thank you for this wonderful song that expresses so well the thoughts of many widows and widowers..... my mom very seldom desires to go to the grave of my dad - for this reason - and these lyrics help me better understand.

Thank you...I'm not a widow but a daughter whose dad passed a year ago this week. I was wanting to go back to his grave 1,000+ miles away and can't. This song helped me to see "He's Not There"....Abundant Blessings, Mrs. C.
