He had 2 druids with rejuv and a rejuv potion. Grubby saved the gold for more bears.

@@erikz.5705 yeah but he also needed to use a portal scroll because both bears and wells were out of mana, and he mostly stayed above 200 gold, Bigger problem is no ancient of wonders and it's earlier build cost and time (plus space it takes in the base)

I remember we killed weak units during late game to free up supplies, is it not popular at this moment? To kill archers when you have up to 50 to replace them with bears?

Why would you ever do mass Dryads? Like "He could make mass dryads and attack early" --> But the only good things about dryads is to kite, not to take a stand on an attack, no? ⚔ 2 Dryads VS 3 Archer⚔--> 2 archers live with full life --> Meaning Dryads is hard-countered by Elves. And they do poor damage. So they are not good for attacking, nor defending... just good on open field, where you can kite. Or 2-3 Dryads for dispell if needed. So if the opponent goes Dryads --> Go for Archer. If he goes for bears --> Go for Chimera I think a 80 Population of Dryads+Bear VS Archers+Chimera --> Arch+Chim win easily But your early Bears is also a win ^^

Yes and no. Peons don't die when they construct a building, and they are able to attack directly or when inside a burrow. On the other side, wisps don't have to walk to return wood, so they can harvest anywhere on the map. They can't fight. At least not physically. They can only damage manapool or summoned units. But that kills them. They are at least protected, when mining gold. Sidenote: wisps only die, when building trees.

Yes, but not in an objectively unfair way. Every race in WC3 has Asymmetric design. Each are different with their own advantage and disadvantages Compared to other workers Wisp have no attack, highest move speed, most vision, about half health, are most vulnerable on wood, and is consumed making an Ancient

The least versatile are peons but at least burrows make them safe

Wisps versatility also makes them a liability. A NE player has to train more wisps over the course of a game and they are an APM drain as you multitask to use them effectively. Not a problem for pros but the majority of players won't get the true benefits of the wisps power consistently throughout every game
