Though I'm not a professional doctor yet, for being in and studying the medical field for some, I think World of Tshirts has (or is developing) cirrhosis which is often a PERMANANT CONDITION. His trembling, paranoid personality, heighten aggression, and now the blotches of scabs are all signs of permanent liver damage. These symptoms can develop from hypertension when the liver begins to have significant failure. Now I can't say for certain if he has developed cirrhosis currently (he might only has liver fibrosis at the moment), but at his certain rate he will most certainly gain cirrhosis in a matter of time. His blood is pooling in certain areas of his body now, and while I can't say it could be affecting his mental facilities without proper testing, his body is diverting blood flow to other veins when certain other veins can no longer filter blood back to the heart; therefore, receiving even a small amount of unfiltered blood over the span of a couple months will damage one's mental state terribly. I don't say this lightly, but if Joshua does not receive help soon when/if he develops cirrhosis, he will soon experience liver failure and die. If his life continues the way it is with no changes to his diet, workout routine, and alcohol consumption, I would say he has two years tops in life expectancy.

In previous videos of him I genuinely thought Joshua would develop cirrhosis at a natural rate over the span of only a decade or so; however, it seems his alcohol consumption has risen as lot late (which is saying something when about a year ago he was reaching BAC .4 on the regular). I believe he was already suffering from fatty liver early on during his drinking from how much pain his chronic drinking put him through, so seeing such a rise in health risk this early on is seriously alarming. I would need to know some medical records to truly diagnose him with cirrhosis and check if his genetics could play a role (such as keratin mutation or adiponutrin variants), but I can say for certain that Mr. Based is escalating his health risk. I would like to be an optimist and say it's not confirmed he has cirrhosis, but he drinks way worse than the average binge drinker. His health would definitely be in a critical state soon though if no one intervenes in a year or so, which I really hope someone does because this is one of the worst cases of alcoholism I've to date. So it's about a 5-10% chance that he currently has cirrhosis, but about an 80% chance he has early onset liver failure that will eventually develop into cirrhosis in his 20s.

I did more damage to by body in those two years of drinking than I did in 20ys of drugs * lol idk that for sure but it's true drinking damn near killed me painfully! It also drove me to finally get clean & sober and this is my 10th yr sober! Even to this day my pancreas is so damaged I have flair ups. So yeah I think alcohol can do a lot of damage quickly!

He will likely die from this since the leeches like Mr Based will be able to manipulate him due to the mental deficiency - that deficiency makes him vulnerable without the alcohol. Mr Based will get what’s coming to him. Karma or sin is very real and people don’t need to worry about his punishment. @@degengam2781 You have no idea how profoundly bad this is on the inside of his body. If he’s not taking care to drink water, which I doubt, he’s going to start having seizures in around 6-12 months. I’ve watched this happen, firsthand, two times. The liver issues would take years to occur. However, he will likely now have the chain of alcoholism the rest of his life. Alcoholism is unique in that it permanently alters your brain and basically damages it. He will always want to get hammered basically. He will never be a person that can just have a beer with some friends and enjoy. This is all without mentioning Aspergers which is a serious condition that he’s now using alcohol to cope with. If he’s legit getting hammered everyday, in six months he will be permanently injured. This ends badly unless he somehow realizes what I’m saying, but I doubt it. Most don’t. The spiral is just starting. If he was just being an annoying dude in NYC, and smoking a bunch of weed, I’d not be saying this. But it’s alcohol. It’s predictable. I would not call him even remotely successful and you should take a look at what you value if you consider him to be. He’s being mocked. Was the morbidly obese person in the freak show at the circus 100 years ago successful?

I have a bad immune system since birth, those rashes are probably due to an skin infection and lowered immunity, Josh scratches himself a lot when nervous, his nails are always dirty asf and could easily lead to an infection when he breaks skin while scratching himself, i've had rashes really similar to those due to a similar problem. This is because your body needs protein in order to rebuild tissue, and your liver synthesizes that protein, called albumin. A lack of albumin will have other visible symptoms though like ascites, where fluid builds up in your abdomen. Also if his liver were that badly damaged he would probably also be developing jaundice.

Last night, I heard footsteps in the hallway. Slow, deliberate, each one echoing through the silence of my apartment. I knew it was him. I could smell the oil, feel the heat radiating from his body. I locked my door, barricaded it with whatever I could find, but it didn't matter. I could hear him outside, scratching at the door, whispering my name in that greasy, slithering voice. "I'm coming for you," he said. "I'm hungry." The scratching stopped, and for a moment, there was silence. But then, the door creaked open, and I knew it was over. Gadagadigadagadao had found me. This might be my last entry. I can hear him now, in the kitchen, the sizzle of the fryer, the clatter of pots and pans. He's preparing his meal, and I'm the main course. If you ever find a nugget with a smirk, don't eat it. Don't take it home. Burn it, destroy it, do whatever you have to, but don't let it follow you.
