Just came across this video. I'm a 62 year old man whom is not ashamed to say I cried hearing this man's testimony. It was no doubt that there was Divine intervention from the one true God to get that man on his feet to protect his family. Along with his right to carry a firearm. Years ago, it would have been a sword, but the invention of firearms brought a better equalizer to the confrontation of evil. Much easier to master by training and ergonomic to carry. It's not easy to end another's life for those of good conscience and moral values for others, yet we have the moral duty to protect our families and the defenseless from life threatening evil. Man this story is wild! Dude took a shot to the dome and still got up and ended that guy, and was only in the hospital for 5 days! What a beast. I was a medic for a few years and actually saw 4 different people that survived being shot in the head. But none of them were up and fighting right after it happened. 💪

I can only speak for myself, but Raul's story gives real life meaning to why I carry a pistol every day. Just as in his case, we can never know the time and place of conflict, we can't call time out while we fetch a firearm that many insist we shouldn't have. Raul had his in the moment, and it made all the difference for him, his family, and the others present at that horrific incident. I never want to have to say, " If only I'd had my pistol, none of this would have happened ". Congrats to Raul. He, like millions of other armed Americans, knows the value and purpose in going about armed.
