My ex tried to pull something like this on me. We were spooning, I handed him a condom, and he pretended to put it on. I was suspicious about how quickly he supposedly put it on. I looked back, and sure enough, the condom was still unrolled in his hand. Thankfully, nothing had actually started yet, and I called him out on it. I should've ended the relationship right then and there, but stupidly, I didn't. I tried to ignore this and other actions of his later on in the relationship that teetered on sexual assault just because he was so "kind and sweet" any other time. Anyways, y'all, if a partner tries to pull this on you, don't ever let it slide. Please. One person removing the condom (or not putting on one in the first place and trying to hide that) without the other person's knowledge and consent is called "stealthing," and is considered sexual assault.
