But I guarantee you if he tried to talk to this boy about what he said, he would have been a victim and the boy would have started bullying him. They can still do their education again go back to college get good grades and go to uni and get a well paying job. If the teachers cannot view ethnic minority students to have a genuine place at school how do you expect the other students to do the same. I think it's because that change was recent. Most of the students he was describing hadn't been born in the UK. I myself am one of those people except I moved to London, and not wherever that school is, when I was 9. I moved back to Italy when I was 13 and now I'm 15. Tbh, I don't think people realise how lucky they are to be living in the UK. When I moved to England, they tried to do everything to help me integrate into society, which is why I highly appreciate my primary school teachers. I didn't get anywhere near that same help when I moved back to Italy. I'm saying this because I feel like that teacher was just trying his best to help the students out so I think it's a bit harsh to say he's ignorant. He's just trying to do his job. People like him are rare outside the UK so we should be grateful he exists.
