8 "Amitofuo 🙏☯️" Over 25 years a wheelchair user.Crawled on my stomach for over 5 years because I could not sit up, talk or hold a paper cup😟😱 Life was utterly miserable with unbelievable massive pain. Morphine, benzodiazepine, opiate meds, etc, etc. Tàijíquán/Tai chi Kung Fu, Qi gong has given me my life back, I have not used my wheelchair for over one year💪😁 jump kicking almost two meters high ! I cannot praise Tàijíquán or my Shifu enough. Drs in two countries said I would never walk again ! Now my Dr is 👀🤔 "you should not be able to stand !"," Whatever you are doing? Keep doing it 👏👏👏. Never give up ✊ this is my Kung Fu ☯️🙏

Good morning master? Can you make a display list for shaolin monks daily routine. (food, meditation, learn, training(warming up, upper body, downer body, flexibility), relax, ...ect...)? Seven parts for seven day. Possibly you make three display list: easy, normal, hard?
