Hello Tim, what I really like about your channel /and approach! is that you bring so many different ideas&concepts&topics. I'm struggling with my english here :D I just mean the channel is a source of always fresh new ideas and inputs, though it all revolves around well-being! (for example here stretching, or the shamanic breathing/prayer, or tibetan rites, all cool stuff!)

You can perform each sequence 6-24 times, once or twice a day. Only the last heel stomp always stays at consistently at 7 times.

Do what's comfortable for you in the horse stance. I am going by feeling as to where the best facia stretch is for me. There are many versions of this routine, This version is my favorite and the exact one I used to restore the youthfulness of my back.
