My mum always buy banana and covered them with chocolate and sprinkles of grinded nuts then freeze them overnight. She would make it as a treat for us when my parents couldn't afford to buy ice creams for us growing up. I love it either way. It's so yummy. ☺️

Thyme tea I used for antibacterial for my lungs when I had pneumonia(in tandem with a couple other natural antibiotic’s and I killed my gut flora and got C-diff which was a 9 month nightmare to get rid of did much damage to my GI. Cautionary tail.

Thanks for sharing this recipe, but I have to bring this up. I think 2-3 years ago, there was a study that showed that a lot of chocolates have high levels of lead, even seemingly organic brands.

I haven’t done it like that, but I have taken bananas quite frequently, sliced them and then froze them. Then took those slices put them into my VitaMix, along with dark chocolate chips and turned it into basically a “soft serve “ice cream””. Absolutely delicious and you can play around with the flavor by adding other types of fruit to it.

Unfortunately a Big Majority of Dark Chocolates are High in Lead !! New studies have shown that many brands of Dark Chocolate are Really Not Good for you because of High Levels of Lead , so do your Research before you run out and buy the first Dark Chocolate available out there !
