That intro gave me chills. She’s so eloquent and well-spoken. You interviewed her so well too. Thank you for having her!

12:02 Okay I haven't finished the video yet and I love what she's saying.. except for the part where she says "too lazy".... we are living in a late capitalist society and most of us are feeling a ton of burnout and some of us are trying to heal from depression and anxiety as well as trauma. That is all very exhausting and requires a lot of rest. So I hope this was just a slip up and that she doesn't actually believe people are lazy. I'm just writing this so people who feel ashamed of resting don't assume they're just being "lazy" just because that is what other people call it. You're not lazy. You're exhausted and are trying to catch up on rest. Be easy on yourself while also being mindful and pushing yourself when you can.❤️

Those practices are actually Ancient African practices which were taught to the Chinese. These practices go all the way back to Ancient Egypt (Kemet). It is called Kemetic Science.

That is a very interesting perspective. I have spent a lot of time studying in the temples of Ancient Egypt and I love the school of medicine there. I have not seen any hieroglyphic art or the extensive record keeping of acupuncture the way the Chinese have record kept and the extensive health care system they have kept both with Acupuncture and Herbology. I love Kemetic Sciences and the principles of Ma'at. I am actually designing a class on it right now with one of my Egyptian colleagues and historians.

Traditional Chinese Medicine healed me of a kidney disease after 3 years of being on a high dosage of steroids (prednisone) & being in & out of Kaiser. Never heard of TCM before a colleague recommended me to someone who literally saved my life. I’m highly disappointed in Western medicine but I’m glad that difference healings are being talked about. These conversations are so important💖

Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you found your way to TCM. Both systems are important we all just need to find what we need for each moment. It's great to hear you're healing.
