Am from delta state uruhobo precisely ,it called irinre its used for pepper soup for who just delivered to clean the body and take out dirty blood. And use it with other spice for pepper soup for everyone . The difference is you add more spices to the pepper soup of a woman who has just given birth , you serve it as the first meal she will have.

This is a great spice used in Shito Dan (pepper drink in Ga). The spice itself is called 'So' in Ga. It can be used to treat bronchitis, as a lactation aid or rheumatism. However do not use whilst pregnant and if you are to use this medicinally then do speak to a professional.

Thank you for the video. I brought a lot of this spice home from Gambia and I didn't even know what it is good for. Now I want to use it, because it's been a long time and I knew they are very medicinal, I just didn't know how to use it. Now I'll be making myself tea every day for some time to see the effect. I just put it in the soup I'm cooking, but I want to use it more. I also forgot THIS is the spice in caffe touba so I might as well put it in my coffee to feel the African spirit I miss so much. Thank you again

Who designs your wardrobe? Do you have any available sisters? Your taste in cuisine astonishes me, but so does the rest. As I am some poor old white boy, you might not believe me, but I speak truly. Your kind of expert womanhood dizzies/dazzles me. What have I been missing in my life? Certainly some "spice."
