They are very happy because they have not heart problems while sleeping. Sleeping is hell for me .When I will go to sleep heart palpitations will occur, sleep is hell for me

Eat a baked potato often before bed not every day but once a week for starting twice the first week and eat the skin i had the same issues this helped i had bad heart palpitations and couldn't go to sleep properly and sometimes would feel my chest and not feel much of a beat at times it was awful but im much better now
