It’s so very hard to not just sleep and to try and exercise with fatigue but I will try. It’s really quite depressing to be tired all the time and not be able to do normal activity. I am otherwise healthy so this is very frustrating

Naeema311 well said. It took a while to figure it out but step one for me is to NOT beat myself up for being “lazy”. I know I’m not. Fatigue from stress, loss, lack of sleep (I try but I can’t make it a full night) is very real and I get tired of my brain hammering my self confidence ....non stop. I’m learning to be my biggest proponent and to shut down negative thoughts. Easier said than done ✅

I went to the doctor and was sent to another doctor... this happened 5 times so I’ve now seen 6 doctors about my fatigue and the last doctor said he doesn’t believe me and that I’m faking it. Him saying that hurt me to the core. I’ve given up on doctors as a whole now. They act like they care but they don’t

Why are you seeing 6 fucking doctors? Do you really need a doctor to tell you that you have fatigue? Eat healthy, get exercise, sleep only at night and not too much. Stop being a bitch and solve your own problems.

Fez you don’t have to be nasty I didn’t see 6 doctors on my own will, my doctor has sent me to see different specialist to rule out other things... I don’t need a doctor to tell me what I know I need a doctor to help treat me. I have a disease where fatigue is a symptom and I want like to be treated for that disease. So how does that make me a bitch?!?

Fatigue Can Come from 5 sources - Physical Drain (Improve sleep & workout) - Mental/Emotional Drain (meditate or take night walks) - Poor Diet (Eat Healthier foods & take b12, take it easy on the drinking/smoking) - Staying inside/Not socializing ( Get out more) - Neglecting the thing that sets your soul on fire (make time for your passion/dreams)

yes! other physical drains include toxicities like heavy metals, chemicals, molds, infections and allergies. My programs go through and resolve each of these.

I figured mine out its because i stay inside all day and on weekends if you start going outside it helps big time and the working out helped to . instead of trying to go straight to your room or couch walk around outside go to the store or anything.

I've recovered 100% from chronic fatigue. I used to sleep 11hrs a day and feel oppressively tired/exhausted/spent & now I'm back at full fighting strength. Nutrition response therapy was the huge cause for me to get my life back on track. The start was muscle response testing, alongside testing with sealed containers of different minerals, metals and common toxins to help diagnose your case. At this point I was recommended a specific regimen of all natural supplements. Week one I personally felt 25% better, and my health incrementally crept back up from there. I now take a small amount of supplements to maintain but other than that, I've got my life back.

@@JamesJames-jt3ts Standard Process is the brand but the type and frequency I was prescribed was case specific. For me my condition was due to a mixture of things like my immune system, gut health,etc. Do you have nutrition response therapy near you?

Good diet. No junk, no fast food. Yes to fresh food. No alcohol, no substance abuse. Do exercise. Have Quality Sleep. Do Stress management. If still not sought out visit physician. Have check up for Anemia,low B12, heart functioning

I’m can’t stay awake. To the point my eyes shut down and my body feels like it hasn’t slept for days. Even after a full nights sleep 😵

I dont know what happened, when i was a kid i used to have so much energy its insane, but now i grew up i am the wayyy opposite im always tired no matter how much or how long i sleep i never get enough rest i sleep to the point i cant go back to sleep anymore but still tired, i cant think i cant concentrate on anything im always forgetful even my memory is weak, people complain about depression but this is like the worst to me it makes life really difficult.

Stitched With Love By Loretta Exactly me. It only started recently though, I wasn’t like that. I got an extreme anxiety attack. Don’t know if I’m depressed or agoraphobic though. I cried a lot, then the next day I couldn’t even speak without feeling like I’m going to faint. I have ZERO energy. I cannot stand without knowing I’ll probably faint, I NEED HELP.

Do Exercises for your muscles(not Excessive training ) activity is very important when you have fatigue.. walking every day for example 2-3 kilometres daily... and drink too much water.. these things helps... don't be only at home. Go outside and breath oxygen. Good luck!

Most diary and juice products fortified with vitamin D are fortified with D2 and not D3. D2 is not easily utilized by the body. D3 is better digested by the human body, and don't forget your sunshine.

This is a great video on fatigue, except the doctor did not cover the detrimental long term effects of caffeine - adrenal gland burn out, poor digestion, moodiness/agitation/irritation, increased anxiety, fatigue/lethargy, heart atrial fibrillation/palpitations, sleeplessness/restlessness, poor circulation in extremities, etc. Much of this can compound back upon fatigue.

Sounds like it might be due to the weed. Weed, like other drugs, can simply expand or enhance your emotional state - so if you're happy, excited or celebrating, weed could increase these feelings, but if you're grieving, depressed or down, weed can make you feel worse. Weed is a depressant, so too much of it for a prolonged period will ultimately lead the user to feel fatigued, depressed and hopeless. Try giving up the weed for a while and see how you feel - at the same time take regular exercise (at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise such as brisk walking at least 5 days a week), drink plenty of water, get adequate sleep and try to keep regular sleep times, get outdoors (perhaps combine your exercise with getting outdoors), get a bit of sun when you can (without getting burned - if you're going to be in the sun longer than 10 minutes in the summer, use sunscreen). Moi Gaming Get it checked out, enjoy time with friends. Smoke weed with friends/family that lighten the mood. Weeds good, as it’s one of the best stress relievers out there. On top of that it’s a natural flower. Burn actual flower, cartridges from most illegal places contain pesticides that are harmful to our bodies. Cannabis does work, and no it’s not a depressant, lol. Then again, weed is different for everyone. Maybe try CBD. Good luck buddy

So pretty much im doomed to suffer since I have sleep apnea, has a job thats has high mental demand and stressful as well. Then by the time I get home I have days I still have to work, take care of family then really have to set aside time to do quick exercise.

This is great 👍 thank you I think we have to factor in our age too. We can do masses of physical activity when we are young but as we get older we can’t. If we try then we will generally tire ourselves out. So a little exercise maybe 45 mins brisk walking daily is a better idea than 3 hours on a tennis and doing yourself in for the rest of the day. Also weight is a huge factor I feel and keeping lean if possible. Every high energy older person I have ever met is lean. I’m gonna have a snooze now, night night 😊

I’m currently homeless and sleep in my car, I notice I twist and turn a few times each night and as a result I suffer daily heart palpitations. I’m trying to get to the root as to why I suffer so many heart palpitations and I thinks it’s because of my sleep... time to make a change!

How long have you ingested caffeine, and how much caffeine do you ingest? Caffeine can cause palpitations and atrial fibrillation of the heart. At least you have a car to escape LA.

I used to love to play the piano and I used to always be really happy but ever since I have left school to be homeschooled I have just been always tired and always not really wanting to play the piano, but I hated school and I got really badly bullied there , I don't understand !!!!

It is a great one of a kind guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate at very last got astronomical success with it.

I fregot to eat something today and yesterday and the other day I had 1 bit of toast and I feel skinny but I'm never hungry I sleep at either 1am 2am 3am and 4am I never sleep in the night only the morning I Lost my mum when I was 3 years old and my dad left me when I was 4 I can't remember drinking : / and Idk I just feel like something wrong.. It's hard to walk sometimes and like rn I'm typing and my fingers are just weak idk y and EVERYTHING I do I feel weak, it's winter here in Australia and because it was school holidays I would just play my PC and School starts tmr for me and I can't sleep I feel a bit hungry but it's 12:30Am rn and I don't want to go out and make sound also my nan and pop don't believe anything I say they like my sister not me and I can never get there trust back, I will tell them I feel strange in the morning but they won't care because it's first day of school because school holidays and they will just think I'm taking It but I'm really not ): sometimes I can't speak well idk why and when I tyip my fingers go somewhere else this is really strange and when I get up I always feel REALLY light headed please help

I eat a lot of meats and most time get good carbs. I get 6-8 hours of sleep and I’m absolutely drained every day since 3 weeks now. I feel so weak. When I try to play soccer with my friends they were never able to push me off the ball and now they can do it easily. This is because I have no energy. I don’t understand man. Maybe I don’t eat enough fruits or something.

well if you're focused on the food, find the highest B12 & D3 concentrations in them, and eat those.

Except the doctors DON'T LISTEN! They blame the easiest thing and stick to it. I've been fatigued for years and been to the doctor many times. They blame snoring for the issue or depression. Well i've been on the machine to prevent snoring for a year, nothing, I was on anti depressants for years!! nothing changed. I work out almost daily!

Fatigue is also a side effect/withdrawal or damage from mental health and other big pHARMa drugs that can last for years.

@@danielfaherty4631 docs dont tell people about the side effects/permanent damage.... and so they think they have a new disease. Read up on the misdx of Lyme disease bc docs cant find the problem. It's the side effects/damage of drugs.. and often it last for years.

So this happened last last week i was like in bed watching YT then i woke up to charge my phone i feel a strong vibration in my brain and since then i have fatigue i was so worried cause this never happened to me before was it because of cellphone????reply pls..... @@LLL56763 I have my fatigue problem for 29 years now ( I'm 29) and they always say that it is mostly stress, bad eating patterns or in my case has to do with my autism. It was until i literally broke down in tears at my doctor that she refer me to a sleep cent rum. I still need to wait for my appointment, but it feels for me a step forward as the chronic fatigue let me to lose my job, be more sensitive to sounds (living in an old rental apartment with no option to move is a living hell), no interest in food, no energy to cook ( I eat more processed because of this). It's like living in an endless circle with no way out. Since I am a very light sleeper from birth I am sure that my sleep is the root cause of my problem. I hope that the sleep cent rum will show that. Maybe you can get your doctor to refer you to a sleep centrum?

I wish i could afford good diet. I live of shit thanks to my family. But i cant get better and get a job because im a zombie whole day. I hate it. Plus most nights i cant sleep because of anxiety and depression thats... Wait for it... I got thanks to my toxic family. Now you say its easy to blame others, but you're not going through what I am. I am trying to get better but it's hard when all those things pile up.

Tanytui G CBD is good for personal health issues. THC is good as well, i recommend taking in thc right before you sleep, it’ll help you get a good nights rest. Smoke a joint, apply cream, anything. If you need something to wake you, try THC sativa strain.

Marijuana can actually disrupt sleep for many people, leading to not feeling very rested. I feel terrible after smoking and then waking up. Believe it or not, Weed can cause negative effects -- it isn't all sunshine and rainbows as people would have you believe.
