Exercise would be same for muscle gain or fat loss all you need to do is go in caloric deficit for fat loss n add cardio to burn few more calories

Very effective video. I used max. of 12kg dumbell in gym for biceps etc. I mean my range of weight is between 7.5 to max 15kgs . So keeping this in mind which band should I purchase, I terms of weight plz do reply. Thanks

Go with 25 kg it would be bit difficult for a week but after that you can be comfortable

Arey bhai mera weight 70kg hain or mein bench press 70 kg max hain nd biceps curl max 15kg each hand marta hun or dumbell press 25 kg each hand nd dead lift 140kg toh mein 15kg or 25 kg wala band lelu kya?? 45 kg se kyaa krunga? Wo mere liye useful kese hoga? Is se achaa 15+25 band hi bnalunga btao 45kg wala lena hain ya nhi?
