TESTING OLD WIVES TALES GENDER PREDICTIONS | Team Boy or Girl?

There’s a Portuguese wives tale that when the mother is radiant and glowing during the pregnancy it’s a Boy and if you have blemishes or acne it’s a Girl. The girl takes the beauty from the mother and the boy gives more beauty to the mother. I’ve been guessing right since I’ve been looking at that and my dear I think you’re having a boy. So from what I’ve heard, the most accurate of these is the sickness and acne. I was Very sick and had horrible skin and just intuitively knew it was a girl, and sure enough, I’ve got a sweet little 3 month old girl now!

My grandma told me when I was pregnant, if your body changes the way like you have a big baby even on the side of your torso, it's a girl. But if your belly is pointy and even on the end of your pregnancy people can't tell you are pregnant while standing behind you, it's a boy. This worked for me, I have a daughter 😍

Videos like this are my favorite. As for the morning sickness question my sister didn't have ANY morning sickness in all 3 of her pregnancies and she has 2 Boys and a girl. I guess everyone and every pregnancy is different.

Loved this! So much fun! Don’t go by the morning sickness predictions though...I felt very sick in my first pregnancy...it was a girl....but I was extremely physically sick in my second pregnancy.....it was boy! Lol! Can’t wait to hear what you’re having but as long as you and your lovely little baby are healthy, nothing else matters😊

In Mexico, we do something similar like the ring predictor, yet we use a needle and thread. You place above the belly and if it sways back and forth it’s a boy; if it sways in a circle it’s a girl.

I have 2 boys and carried completely different for both. I also had a lot of “wives tales” in my second pregnancy saying it would be a girl but nope it was a boy. The most important is having a healthy baby. Mine are 22 and 19 and trust me you are in for the most wonderful roller coaster ride of your life. Enjoy each age because although at the beginning it won’t seem this way, it goes by so fast. BTW love your channel 😊

I think it’s a girl. I had 2 girls. The carrying high or low was true for me. The cravings were right for my first. All fruit and sweetness. But my second daughter I craved meat and salty food. My skin was horrible for my first daughter. My second, my skin was ok. I was so hot for both. And migraines were bad with both. So it was 50/50 for me. I’ve heard some work for some mothers and some didn’t. But I’m so excited for you both!!

I predict girl. When I was pregnant with my first, I dreamt it was a boy but it was actually a girl. My belly looked like I was having a boy bc of the way I was carrying but I was pretty skinny before I was pregnant so that may have to do with it.

Any of the babies born in my family have followed the “old wives tale” of baby heart beat following gender! So 151 seems like team girl to me!

Yeah, heart rate is pretty darn predictable in all of the babies in my side of the family. We have 12 babies combined on just my side of the family (There are five sisters, and four of us five have had babies). None from my husband’s brother yet to test the theory on his side. 😆

I believe the heartbeat will tell you. I have 3 girls and they all had heart rates in the high 150s to 160s and 1 boy and his heart rate was in the 140s. I always knew what I was having by the heartbeat. I had a dream about my girls and the dreams were right. So since you had a dream it was a boy, it could be a boy. I think that it’s a boy because the belly looks very small and pointy. Usually girls give you huge round belly’s. I have 3 boys and all my belly’s were pretty small my pants fit all through my pregnancy until the very last month. Good luck to both with the little blessing💕

Awesome video. The other old wives tales are - 1. Baking soda and pee test 2. Vertical line that passes through navel. If it is above navel then it's a boy and if it goes below the navel through thigh then it's a girl.

Those old wives tales predictions are lots of fun, and I remember looking into them as well when I was pregnant. I have three kids, two boys and a girl, all of my pregnancies were pretty much the same as far as how I felt, how I carried the baby, no morning sickness, cravings, no skin issues, etc. So in my circumstances the wives tales didn't really show anything. I'm thinking a boy!

I agree!! I think it's a girl with how her belly looks Girls tend to look like egg-shape in the belly and boys tend to be more round like a basketball. Also, if you can tell you're pregnant from the back then it's a girl and if not, it's a boy. I think that one was more for when you're further along, idk. My mom used to rely on those two things and she was always correct!! When I was 15, one of my friends got pregnant and she was only like 5 weeks, so she knew but no one else did, and my mom could tell immediately that she was pregnant by just looking at her!! We were SHOCKED!! So, I thought that was neat, but it scared the crap outta me during my whole teens because then I knew if I ever got pregnant, I would never be able to hide it and I'd be in a lot of trouble, lol!! Unfortunately, my mom passed away in 2007 and I had my baby GIRL in 2016 (at the age of 35, so yeah, I made sure I was an adult lol jk). But I know she was by me the whole way! I am so so so excited for you!!!! Pregnancy can have some downs, but the ups are priceless and something you'll never forget. It's such an exciting time!! Food becomes more tasty and delectable, your feelings are so spot on and intense (in good ways!!), and when you feel your baby move for the first time, you'll never forget it!!

Chinese Gender Predictor has never been wrong. I’ve never heard it explained what y’all had to read, I used the generators online and they’re always dead on correct. Then the baking soda in your pee was correct with my second and third kids, I didn’t know about it with our first 😆
