Im envious of your pregnancy experience. I am currently 31 weeks and my pregnancy has been so difficult. I lost almost 30 pounds in 4 weeks at the end of my first trimester due to SEVERE sickness and was eventually diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. I ended up in the hospital for 11 days and got multiple other unfortunate diagnoses while in the hospital. To make it harder, I had weight loss surgery 3 years ago and as baby grows I have very little room to eat. And since my stomach is so small I can only drink or eat a little bit and I cant do both at the same time. Its been so stressful, and going through this during the pandemic has made it probably even more difficult. I am so happy you are having a healthy, happy pregnancy. You inspire me to try and take better care of myself and baby but unfortunately I can't really do any more than I am.

Eat what you can when you can and try not to guilt yourself 💕 I hope you have an “easy” and quick PP experience to make up for a crappy pregnancy experience. I got a lot of backlash for complaining about my HG (same diagnosis, similar experience to you) but you aren’t complaining about the baby you’re tired and frustrated and hungry, so don’t ever let anyone make you feel guilty for not having an easy or amazing pregnancy

Hey I am 31 weeks pregnant and just ordered the classic instant pot. I think it’ll be great help to pressure or slow cook after having our baby. I chose instant pot because I love that it is a stainless steel pot. Many multicookers are non stick pot which I am not a fan of :) Your pot cooks soup just fine though! 🤤

You definitely need to buy this pregnancy pillow! I tried to find one that is very comfortable, they have different shapes. It saved my life and back during pregnancy!😉 I like this hazelnuts drink, never tried this before! I like your fruits and fruit salad, very healthy! 💖Agree about water!

Consider getting an Instant Pot instead of a slow cooker. You can buy a 6 quart one for a reasonable price and even add the air fryer attachment. It also has a slow cooker function and can make yogurt. It's going to be super helpful, especially once the baby comes. I personally have the 8 quart, which is larger than what I really need, but I make beans and soups to freeze. It's super helpful.

Get an instapot!!! They are amazing. Especially since you get tired at night it cuts your cook time by leaps and bounds. It’s a life saver!!

You have a lovely diet. I also make the chicken soup. I dont have a slow cooker but I leave it to cook for a few hours on a low heat. It's one of the most delicious and nutritious soups I had in pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and noticed that eating healthy food has so many benefits: It takes away lots of bad cravings. So far I had no cravings for fast food or processed sweets. I just try to eat things that come from nature. Somehow I have also not had any sickness during my pregnancy: no vomiting, no headaches, no heartburn etc. My only craving was like yours: more diary but it was when I was 7 weeks pregnant and I just ate quite abit of organic cheese :) I feel sorry for ladies who struggle so much during their pregnancy, most of my friends had either some fast food cravings or couldn't stop eating sweets. I think every body is different and it also depends on the diet you had before you got pregnant..sending lots of love to all mums who are struggling with food. Although I am lucky to be able to eat healthy without cravings, I know that every person is different and we have to be extra kind to ourselves without putting ourselves under too much pressure..

If you haven’t bought the pregnancy pillow yet, I would highly recommend the Queen Rose u-shaped one! I used the snoogle in my first pregnancy and didn’t love it and bought the queen rose u shaped one based on a recommendation of someone else for this pregnancy and i love it so much!

You should totally get an instant pot with the slow cooker option. Just to save on having too many appliances I think it would be so useful. Plus, with the baby on the way it will help you cook chicken in like 7-10 minutes on the pressure cook option. It's a great investment and one of my favorite appliances next to the Vitamix. What veggie wash do you use for your veggies/fruits? I would love to see more crockpot recipes from you or soup recipes. Love this what I eat in the day. I think it's by far my favorite one. I hope you get to do more during the rest of your pregnancy.

Hiii I have a newborn baby and just went through my first pregnancy. Really recommend buying maternity clothing (got mine most from Target and H&M) you NEED it because nothing will fit from here on. Also the first weeks post partum you still use maternity clothing! Just a heads up lol

@@brittanydummett4116 The instant pot (pressure cooker) cooks food fast and in my opinion it's more tender. I find the slow cooker can over cook certain things. Check out Pressure Luck's channel. He has good recipes for the Instant Pot. Once you try it, you'll love it. Don't be afraid of it either. Just read the instructions and you'll be fine.

Just a little bit of advice hope you don't mind, but I recommend you don't put your pillows on the floor while making your bed because of all the germs that are on your floor will end up on your bed. This was a great video! I’ve been watching a ton of these and I felt this was realistic. I’m trying to eat way better this pregnancy than I did with my first. I’ve also been craving a good chicken noodle soup - try adding crushed tomatoes to the crockpot and more veggies like green beans or peas. Such a yummy twist.

You should save your veggie scraps and freeze. Then you can make stock with them when you have enough. Also save your chicken bones and cook it all up. Soo good!

amazing. love watching your videos. I do this smoothie every morning before but without the cucumber and ginger but now i do the cucumber and ginger and instead of almond butter for fat i use avacado. I have a question but why do you put water into the smoothie, I ask that because those nut milk really do have 6 or 7 nuts per serving. It is already watered down..And I don't use ice. And i like coconut milk.

Totally the same with the dairy and fruit!! I had always been wary of my cheese intake before being pregnant, and hadn't consumed cow's milk for years, mainly because of the hormones and antibiotics. However since becoming pregnant my body was telling me it didn't want almond or oat milk anymore, only cow's milk! So I found a fantastic brand of organic 100% natural cow's milk that tastes awesome. I'm loving that in smoothies and my cup of cacao, plus heaps of yoghurt daily!! I think it's my new favourite food haha. 😋
