restaurant prep tip: instead of slicing cherry toms one by one, take two lids from 2 food storage containers (Tupperware, etc) and put your tomatoes in-between the two lids (top sides facing in) and slide your knife between the two lids. You'll be able to cut about 15 to 20 toms at a time.

That snack caddy is the best idea that i wish i did with my first and will be doing with my second! I definitely didn’t eat enough with my first and lost too much weight while nursing, but lesson learned!! So difficult to find time to cook three PLUS meals a day when you are a new mom - i love these ideas. Thank you!

Taking turns with a baby is a REAL THING. Our son is 3.5 and we still do it to run errands because his attention span, sensory processing issues are really overwhelming trying to go to stores with him. Having a supportive partner is key to any relationship, especially with a child:) Love all your videos and congrats on Sage!

Hello dear! Thank you for this lovely inspiring videos and meal ideas 💞 now I do believe I am the first one commenting this, however, forgive me if I am not: in Mexico, what we call "fajitas" is grilled strips of a meet of choice (beef or chicken), sometimes with added bell pepper and onion, although if the meet was not cut in strips but rather in small pieces it would become "Alambre" (odd, I know 😅). "Tacos" is anything you can put in a corn tortilla and eat it. And I mean any bloody thing. So you can cook "fajitas" (grilled strips of meet, with or without bell pepper and onion) and put them in a tortilla, turning them into a taco. So what I see you cook here is more likely what we would consider shrimp tacos, rather than fajitas (no meet cut on strips, see?) So there, hope that wasn't confusing 😂😅 lots of love your way!

A delicious additional way to get greens in is spinach/kale/basil/pine nuts/garlic pesto and pasta with or without chicken or meat. This is easy to make at start of week and have a few times as main meal or side.

Did you gain weight eating the carbs and snacking? My 4th baby is 8 weeks old and I snack on carbs more than when I'm not nursing because I can't eat the dairy and chocolate (insert tears). I don't enjoy them near as much as my dairy and chocolate but my belly fat has increased in this short amount of time due to the diet change of replacing carbs with dairy.

I wish I was this motivated to eat healthy. I rarely buy greens because I use half, and the rest goes bad. By the time I think of making smoothies, I’m out of bananas, and my avocados have gone bad. My kids are picky, the boys not as much as my daughter who tries to live off carbs. My husband never helps me eat leftovers. I end up eating a lot of tuna or sardine sandwiches (which is fine, since I’ve been craving a lot of that during this pregnancy,) but I’m not motivated to cook much. I make soup and mashed potatoes often to take to work. My mom’s been giving me food that the boys will sometimes eat with me, and my husband works for Uber eats, so he ends up eating fast food a lot. He used to have me make him fish fillet sandwiches since we needed to stop going to McDonalds for those, and since my sister gifted me an air fryer, but he’s been burnt out on those too. The main things I cook for us both are Zuppa Toscana, or I brown smoked sausage with bell peppers and onions, and throw in a box of pasta-roni. We tried to do Keto, but husband keeps buying hotdogs and taquitos. Those Fajitas look so good and easy to make! I’d be the only one to eat them tho, my husband only eats tempura shrimp, and the kids won’t even try it. My daughter always says the food I make smells gross, but hopefully with taste buds changing every 7 years, she’ll start eating more of a variety of food..
