This is a great video! I actually wasn't planning on having a coaching program, but I was receiving a lot of DMs, emails etc where I couldn't keep up. However, how do you handle switching those "free" clients to "paying" clients? I have told them about my mentoring program, however, they seem to only want my knowledge for free. I am thinking about just telling them my priority are my students and if they are looking for more they can sign up. It's hard to answer everyone for free. I don't think anyone can work for free LOL. Maybe for awhile but not for long.

Thanks for your comment and thoughts on this. It’s helpful to remember that 95% of your audience will likely never work with you at the highest level but if you focus on the 5% you’ll be able to serve the other 95% in a way that makes sense for you (and them) down the road
