फर्स्ट पर का घटना ठीक होने के बाद दूसरा घटना दर्द शुरू हुआ है आज से ही आपके बताए हुए एक्सरसाइज को फॉलो करना शुरू किया है मुझे विश्वास है कि. मेरा दर्द इसी एक्सरसाइज से ठीक हुआ था दूसरा पैर का भी ठीक हो जाएगा धन्यवाद 🙏🙏

आपकी बताई Exercise से मुझे बहुत आराम मिल रहा है ,मे रा थर्ड स्टेज मे घुटने आग्या था । लेकिन अभी स्वेलिग बिल्कुल भी कम नही हुई है , स्वेलिग कैसे ठीक हो उसके लिए बताए डाक्टर सहाब ।आप का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद 🙏🏻

Thank u so much dr.sahib. I have a problem of knee ostoporosis n having of sound in knee tak tak. Also I am having in finger of knee in smallone just below some wound r there so I could nt walk also. If u gove some suggestion i am very much grateful 2 u always. Others I doing the exercise as u shown. Thank u so much once again n waiting ur good suggestion. Namaskar Sir 🙏 MDR-TB ka patient hu, side effects ki wajah se peripheral neuropathy ho gaya hai. Pregabalin tab le raha hu par bahut relax nahi hai. Peripheral neuropathy ke liye koi exercise batayiye please 🙏
