If I don’t make it through a bag of spinach, I just throw it in the freezer and chuck it in the next batch of soup I make.

After hearing you say about the Honey crisp apples for years. I finally had one last night after doing the dishes...it worked, I didn't spend the evening grazing. Down almost a pound 😊, working to get back to goal, 11 pounds over and newly retired. We started walking every day, for almost a month.

Another tip for your spinach 😉 pop into a container lined with paper towel, then store in the fridge. It absorbs the moisture and keeps your spinach fresh for so much longer!!

I agree with another Comment. It is so valuable to understand how you use things. And useful 👍👍👍

You can freeze spinach. I could never go through the whole bag in 2-3 days and it gets slimy so fast.

I just made an awesome pumpkin cremi recipe that came out so great! It’s a cup each of fat free fairlife & unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 200gm pumpkin puree, couple shakes of pumpkin pie spice, 1tbsp each of sugar free vanilla & butterscotch pudding, & a scoop of PE Science snickerdoodle protein powder. It’s amazing! I was thinking some caramel chips would be a great mix-in. I’m going to try it next time. Hope you guys get a chance to try it!!

Discovered the sprouted grain bread on my last Aldi run, and it's quite a good substitute for Ezekiel bread -and a lot more economical (Ezekiel bread is $5-6 a loaf at our grocery around here!).

Aldi ( friendly farms brand ) fat free greek vanilla yogurt ( half cup) with 1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt with fruit on top is 32 grams of protein for 3 points . I find the vanilla yogurt and fruit make it sweet enough !

My latest sweet treat snack is rice cakes. I spread some peanut butter and then top with sugar free dark chocolate ice cream syrup and freeze. I also do the same with banana and apple slices. So good.

I can’t believe my Aldi no longer carries the El Milagro tortillas. I found them once there and now they no longer have them. So upset! No place where I live seems to carry them, they definitely are the best I have ever tasted!

Those donut almonds (glazed and chocolate glazed) are incredible! You’re right - they are dangerous. I’m thinking of buying a bunch of bags and using them as part of Christmas gifts. I like using hummus on toast with some sliced tomato.

I freeze my spinach as soon as I get it home. I never eat it fresh since it's always in things like pasta, soup, or omelet. Lasts much longer

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, Nikki. I'm not sure this is true for the sweet chili. I went back to Aldi looking for the plain brown rice chips because they are salty and so crunchy, plus they have flax and chia. It has been several weeks since they have had them, so I went online, and it does not look like they are coming back. I'm not sure what will happen with the sweet chili, but buy them when you see them.

I’ve read that it’s not safe to have cooked rice in your fridge for more than 2 days. There’s some kind of bacteria that you can’t see that forms and can be very dangerous for your health.

The mount of content you are posting is way too much as most of it is the same, it's just getting boring. I used to look forward to your Sunday snack reviews, but with video of bowls and the same shopping hauls it doesn't seem like you are building any kind of brand in comparison to other KZbinrs.
