Thanks sooooo much!!! I've thought about switching mine to the diabetic plan since I'm prediabetic and really watching my carb intake. But now that I'm eating more of a whole foods way of eating, I want to see if that's enough to get my numbers down. Fingers crossed!

So happy the new year is starting off with you back! Still no WW for me due to sodium restrictions, so I just take ideas and work into my day. I'm doing a date snack too, with a little no salt added Jif peanut butter instead of plain butter and a walnut half. I love Aldi's chocolates! How are the grands? You mentioned your daughter, so glad y'all spent some time together over the holidays. I'm headed to Publix after church for a prescription, so I need to go look online at their ad. I need some turkey burgers!! Have a great week- looking forward to your catch up!

I haven’t track on the WW app for several years. The new 0 point foods just might temp me to use it again. Still hanging onto my lifetime status, but need to do better with food choices. So glad to see your video again.

Thanks so much!! I was getting frustrated with the WW points before because I felt like it penalized real foods and pushed to ultra processed for lower points. But I really think these new points may just work!!

Just slightly. They've added more zero point foods. To me, it really seems like they're trying to align with more whole food ways of eating, but that's just my opinion. They've added lean meats to the zero point list as well as potatoes and oats, and they also have a way to track a recipe now without having to build it in the recipe builder, which I absolutely love. And the BEST thing is they now show macros for those of us who track our protein, carb, and fat intake. :)
