Yes, you can replace eggs with one tsp chia seeds and 3 tsp of warm water.. let the mix rest for 5 mins then add it to the banana mix

2 bananas 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2/3 cup of rolled oats 2/3 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt Mash bananas Stir in eggs and beat Add vanilla extract and cinnamon Process rolled oats in food processor Add rolled oats, baking powder and salt Fry on both sides with coconut oil 💕

Oscar Orozco Milian The vinegar / lemon are purposefully added because the acidity helps make the pancakes fluffier 😊 it’s a baking hack. Only add a little bit though

I just made and demolished these. Added a thin Nutella spread between each layer because I didn't have maple syrup and topped with strawberries and blueberries. Absolutely divine and very filling too! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I can imagine myself coming back to it time and time again. 😋

Maximum 600 calories for the whole thing without the syrup (not sure how much coconut oil was used. I considered it 100kcal worth of oil) (personal tip: use one tbs olive oil and wash it over the pan, you can use more if you think your pancakes are being burned) this way you can almost discard the frying oil calories! Another personal tip: pour very small amount of the batter and pour it in a way that makes it as less thick as possible. This way you can get more more pancakes and it won’t be disgustingly raw from the inside 💕

Hi, I do not recommend to use rolled oats. You can buy oatmeal flour if you don't have a food processor.

You will trust me. You deserve it. I just made it actually but well interesting. It tasted good ofc but 1.) it wasn’t enough for 2 persons (i might have used smaller bananas tho?! idk) 2.) it didnt look as good as yours HAHA. i assume its cuz i didnt use food processor but blender for the whole mixture (aaaand used like porridge oats or sth. ) so probably that’s why. Nice dude , but you do it too dificultly ,i just put 100g of oats , 2 eggs and 2 bananas into the turmix machine with a littlebit milk , i take it on for 1 minute or less , and i pour it into the pan and give 1-2 minute per side. Bake powder and isn't essential , i never added it for my pencake.

average Random guy a little bit late, but I have successfully substituted eggs for chia eggs(1 tbsp chia seeds+3tbsp water and let sit for 5 minutes until it forms a jelly texture) it works wonders, also flax eggs, half a banana(in other recipes lol) or 1/4 cup of apple sauce can be used as a substitute for one egg in recipes :)

Broke Ass Vegan unsweetened apple sauce is a good substitute for eggs! you could try that, i'm sure they'll still taste delicious :)

These turned out very nice 👍 I topped them with cream cheese, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Also put a little bit of milk in the batter at the last second, to make it a little thinner. Thanks for the recipe, again! It's a keeper 👍
