many health experts say that grapes without seeds, are not good for health. but dried grapes are made from such seedless grapes only (by boiling them) if so, why are they considered as good?

Sir, dried black grapes with seeds are available in the market. Kindly check. Black grapes are rich in resveratrol antioxidants which are very good for our health.

Among those two, as you said, the black ones seem to be with seeds, when we eat them. But yellow ones, does not seem to have seeds. Can you confirm its this black dried grapes, that you are referring to? Thanks a lot for your time.

Some people say that as they go through a lot of mechanical process in their prepareation, they are not that good. And, some also say that red poha is good for health compared to white ones. 2. Is it true that the best way to consume tomato is by boiling them, and peeling off the skin? Many thanks.
