Sir you are a God's messenger, very very good explanation sir, My sister age 60 is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for one year, only mild constant pain in the ankle, wrist ,knee and fingers.Doctor advised her to avoid protein rich food non veg, egg dhal ,sundal , black gram except green gram. She couldn't take any pulses and gram verities. She is mentally upset very much sir. Will Flax, chia and hemp seeds help for rheumatoid arthritis. Please give solutions sir.

Ma'am for rheumatoid arthritis you need to take a lot of antioxidant rich foods like coloured vegetables, coloured fruits, drink green tea. Secondly, add a lot of fibre rich foods, and turmeric in your diet. Chia seeds and flak seeds can be had. Avoid processed foods, refined and trans fat containing foods.

It is up to you. You can either have one type of seed a day or all the seeds together in a day. Both provide good nutrition.

Hi Ma'am, kids can consume one or two tablespoons of these seeds per day. If you are giving two spoons of chia seeds today, you can give two spoons of flax seeds the next day and two spoons of hemp seeds on the 3rd day.
