Ma'am for rheumatoid arthritis you need to take a lot of antioxidant rich foods like coloured vegetables, coloured fruits, drink green tea. Secondly, add a lot of fibre rich foods, and turmeric in your diet. Chia seeds and flak seeds can be had. Avoid processed foods, refined and trans fat containing foods.
