For H pylori, and E coli Bacteria I have taken Antibiotics and whenever I get severe cough, DR’S prescribe antibiotics and I have taken antibiotics. Thanks 🙏

With all due respect, Ghee in Ayurvedic Text has high significance. The current Metabolic Syndrome as an epidemic is due to the fact doctors like you have advised people to eat Oil like Saffola etc..

Please advise if Isabgol ki bhoosi can be added to increase the fiber content in the diet after lunch and dinner. I am also a cardiac patient with blockage in arteries.

❤ thankyou for ur excellent lecture on bad effects of sugar and its effects on creating diabities. and heart disease. Now for heart disease I think u have given too much importance to sugar oil cholesterol etc what about emotions nowadays people say husband wife son get hyper very easily and remain in that mode full time and that according to me is the cause of blockages that is in short temperament.Even the healthist diet exercise cannot prevent heart disease hope u will enlighten me on this thankyou

Fermented dosa/idli is promoted... but.... It is cooked above 70°C...microbiots dont survive... so such assumption may be unfounded.
