डॉक्टर साहब, मेरे भैया को हार्ट अटैक आया था, हॉस्पिटल मे ऑडिमिट कराया, वहाँ पता चला कि उनकी किडनी 50% डिमेज है! इस कारण से उनकी अंगियोग्राफी भी नहीं हो पा रही, अब क्या करें, समझ नहीं आप रहा, हर समय डर लगा रहता है, कि अटैक, ना आ जाय, कैसे पता लग सकता है कि कितना ब्लॉकज है, प्ल्ज़ हेल्प करो 😢😢

Nicely explained doc. But do stress on excessive carb intake too. People tend to eat too many carbs, especially in a vegetarian diet. The diet should contain larder amounts of vegetables, proteins and good fats
