I think it is important to say that this meal is helpful for her and could not be for someone else. Suaerkraut is not for everyone keep that in mind. It depends on what gut issues yoi have. Also for some meals need to be more watery and overcooked to help your stomach to digest it. The herbs are for everyone. These herbs aid in the digestion. What helped for me was Guduchi and Kaishora Guggulu. I had severe constipation for 2 years. It was so bad. For a few months I ate an ayurvedic style diet for Pitta dosha together with these two supplements and finally my digestion came back. If you have gut issues. Dont experiment and ask for help.

Eating foods with too many spices, causes body odour. I used to smell or may be I still do, I dont know that, but I was hated at school. I have limited the consumption of spices over the years, however, I still feel that I smell, I have that typical curry smell emerging from my body. What do you recommend should I do? Radhi, I needed to get my Skincare question in here somewhere 😅 when it comes to drinking water… I’m trying to hydrate more but I pee it right out. Is there anything I can do to drink sufficient amount of water and not be in the restroom all the time. As far as I know, I don’t have any infection I’ve always had this issue for years, and I know I’m not alone.

It depends on your gut as there are lots that are bad for me and make me very ill. I am on a low to mid fodmap diet and low acid diet. So what you say is untrue.
