I appreciate you having a non-traditional breakfast. I’m not a breakfast eater but I would definitely have a savory meal. The same with dinner. People call it breakfast for dinner but you can eat anything as long as it’s healthy. I eat whatever I want when I want it. Parts of our society is too ridged. ❣️

I actually had leftover beef stew for breakfast on Tuesday. It was fabulous and held me full all morning until I could do lunch at 1:30.

Meghan's correct with the slow build of working out/exercise. Start out slowly whether it's walking, running, weight lifting. Your mind and body need to adjust and balance this new addition. But believe it or not one day you'll notice your not winded walking up a flight of stairs or lifting groceries out of the car you can carry more than one bag at a time. I know it seems simple but go you, you are building up slowly strength and endurance. Keep striving one step at a time one rep at a time.

Really enjoying your videos :) I'm always a sucker for the what I eat in a day or more, it's great to get ideas and see how others build their day or navigate changes to plan. I have those weights too and the kettle bell one of that brand... I don't use the heavier settings much, but hoping to build to that eventually.

Good morning, Meghan ❤ Kudos for eating regular meals! I did better with family, being a divorced single mom with an empty nest I might only eat 1 real meal, sometimes 2 but I'll snack. I appreciate you sharing your journey as it's extremely similar to mine, like sometimes I think you're my twin, lol! Except I've transitioned to more animal based e.g beef, bacon, butter, eggs, seafood, raw cheese, cream & loving it. Ohhh I have a somewhat "ew" question, lol sorry in advance since you eat so much more regular how often do you go 2? Someone mentioned a few hours after every meal but I certainly don't follow that. Hope it's not too weird that I asked 😳 Thanks again for your sharing, I hope your day is blessed 🙌

Not a weird question… I don’t think it’s happening as often as I like, but at least it’s not what it was - way too many times a day. All that to say - once a day. 😊

I heard not long ago most people don't get enough protein, fiber and magnesium in their diets - it was a high amount too like 70 or 80%
