Must do habits after 40s 1..regular exercise for an hour 2..at least 10 glass of water intake 3.. Healthy food especially veggies, fruit, pulses and once or twice meat a week 4.. Mental health care including entertaining activities and sharing with other 5.. Consult Dr after regular interval for tests like blood cp, Bp, diabetes and other tests
