Mental health care including entertaining activities and sharing with other 5.. Consult Dr after regular interval for tests like blood cp, Bp, diabetes and other tests

Afzal sahib the great problem is how to contact or locate a good doctor because presently all doctors only try to earn money through patient.even if the patient is not so sick. While I was 35 a doctor advised me 9 lab test worth Rs 43k whereas I later discovered that 3 test were necessary. Presently doctors mostly can not identify disease without lab tests etc. now I am 73 but avoid doctors because of their this attitude.
