It seems very difficult to have a healthy life without healthy bones.Our bones play the same role which pillars play for stability of a building.
When we are children and young adolescents and even in the early adulthood our bones keep on growing but after age 30 we start losing strength of our bones and so ut becomes imperative to follow certain things and eat certain foods to give strength to our bones.

One thing I want to ask,ghar kay kaamoon sey better work out koi hota hai,if a women is doing her house work,running here and there,do she need to work out?In old times there were no concept of gym,and ghar kay kaam were a source of exercise,but doctors always said regardless ghar kay kaam,u have to work out,either in any form.
