I want to thank you so much! Really this inspired me to eat healthy again! Before moving away to college i managed to lose around 13-14 kilos (with healthy eating), i was almost obese and i made it into the "normal" category, measured by the body fat percentage. Now that i moved away for college it has been very difficult and i have lost almost all of my motivation to eat healthy, study and do anything, sadly i gained almost all my weight back. You have made me want to eat healthy again! And i have not lost my hope. Thank you so much! And for everyone who is trying to lose weight, 85% of the weight loss really depends on healthy eating!

Im so hooked on the parfait idea! I add 1 cup of the 80 cal vanilla yogurt & frozen berry mix ( minus the granola) & its amazing! Thanks for the great ideas! I started doing a pack of low sodium tuna, light mayo, & some corn... I use that as a dip w/a few bagel chips- its light & filling

Putting plastic wrap down before you make the wrap is honestly the greatest tip, it's so simple but I always struggle contain my wraps lol

I love those options! I don’t like to eat carbs at work, like wraps, bread or pasta because it makes me sluggish but I would make the wrap for dinner!

I make an arugula salad with a few chopped walnuts, a little bit of feta, and some of those dried cranberries from TJs with a lemon juice/olive oil dressing. Bring it with some yogurt and some fresh fruit. SO good and so flavorful!

Will you do a video on your go to snacks ?! I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts sometimes it's more snacks then sitting down for a full meal and it's easy to pick the wrong things ! I do enjoy salads can't wait to try your idea! Thanks!

These are great ideas! I like learning what I can do that I don't need to warm up. As a substitute teacher, I feel awkward using a crowded lunchroom with a long microwave line.

Great video, Becca! I love to make wraps with avocado, lemon or lime juice, sea salt, cracked pepper, and spinach. (I make two small ones to fill me up).Great veg option. I also sometimes make a salad with leftover roasted veggies. Then I'll take a mason jar filled with fruit like pineapple and raspberries. If I don't eat them all at lunch I'll snack on them during the rest of the day. Walnuts are also usually an accompanying snack. Sometimes I toss in dark chocolate chips. Was wondering if you're upping your carb intake while training for a marathon?

That all sounds AMAZING! Especially the chocolate chips part ☺️ And as far as upping the carbs..not really. I've been eating the same pretty much, just more on some days if I'm hungrier. I do however make sure to always have a carb-rich meal (usually oatmeal) before long runs, and also during long runs I'll eat Gus to help me get through them! And generally I'll have 1 Gu for every 5 miles.

If you don't want to use that little salad dressing container, you can also just pour the salad dressing into a corner or two of the salad bowl, then just mix or shake before you eat it.

Letting the frozen berries thaw is such a good trick! :) reminds me of those Costco berry ice cream things! I really liked that you assembled everything "live" as opposed to already having them made before you explained them, it was just different to what I normally see! I subscribed!!!

Can you make a the Skinny on Protein Bars video. There's so many out there and I never know which one is the healthiest to purchase since there are so many chemicals. Also, you inspired me to want to be a nutritionist. I'm 15 years old and I am very passionate about clean eating and eating more natural foods. Your the skinny on peanut butter video made me start purchasing natural nut butters and they taste so much better and I am happy to know that the ingredients are healthy and have no chemicals. I love you so much and do you have any advice for pursuing a career in nutrition I am very nervous lol

Girl! To wrap your wrap you should fold the wrap in half over your fillings so that the folded edge is horizontal and closest to you and then pull the top half towards you to get all the fillings in tight then fold up the ends and roll it the rest of the way up! I hope that made sense but I'm telling you it changes your wrap game!

I used to liiiiiive off those Dannon Oiko's yogurts until I realized how much sugar was in them! I recommend using half the package and using greek yogurt just to cut down on the sugar
