Ingredients:
1 cup mixed sprouts (such as mung beans, lentils, alfalfa, or broccoli sprouts)
1 cucumber, diced
1 bell pepper, diced (any color you prefer)
1 carrot, grated
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Handful of fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Rinse the mixed sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, tomato, red onion, and fresh herbs.

Sir instead of throwing the rinsed water you could have poured it some plants or trees.. cause in washbasin it may go to sewage treatment plant but you can pour to plant directly and save planet

We can cook the sprouts, but certain nutrition will be lost while cooking. Certain foods, if it can be eaten raw, it can be eaten right? Because we will not be able to eat all vegetables in raw condition. So, if we have the choice of eating it as salad without cooking, I think we should do it.
