I know!! I’m a junk food junky. I don’t really like it but it’s easy and once I start having things like soda, sugary cereals and chips I can’t stop. I crave them. But I did a Mary’s mini with sweet potato’s and then went more to a Slim on Starch method and I effortlessly lost 10lbs and I don’t crave the junk anymore. And when I do have that little bit of junk I don’t spiral out of control.

I’m on my 2nd week of Enmies SOS program. And though I haven’t been perfect, I’ve already seen the scale move and I’m eating more food than I’ve ever eaten before! I am finding I have to throw away part of my plates as I’m just too full to finish . I say this because if you knew me, I am a HUGE food addict with over 100 lbs to lose. Food has been my everything for, well, forever. I’ve been trying to lose weight on my own for 6 years with no luck and already I’m not only seeing results, but I’m surprised at how SATISFIED I feel ALL the time. I no longer feel like I’m gonna die if I don’t go eat junk food or dip everything in site in the mayonnaise (you have no idea how much mayo means to me) lol… I’m so greatful for this experience and I’m so happy to have the help and advice from my coaches. I feel so confident that for the first time in my life I will be able to fall out of love with food and learn to listen to my body instead. Thank you Emmie! You are truly one of the most giving and helping people on here. Your heart is so rare and genuine. For the first time in my life I can share my addiction of food and not feel judged, but instead feel the love of people who truly understand and care about my success!

Absolutely amazing. Simplicity! Best dietary change I’ve made in my 54 years. I’m so much happier: I really don’t worry about food and my body all the time. It was ALL THE TIME. I really notice that. I can eat rice. OMG. Unraveling “Carbs=Bad” took A While! I am 12 lbs lighter - wasn’t the initial goal, but feeling good and lighter (all my pants are loose and I love it) and no stomach problems after decades of stomach issues and my inflammation and joint pain- almost non-existent. Until I eat sugar and it’s back in a flash. I love this healthy way of living and eating.

Can u believe Ive just discovered You and the Starch solution after trying hypotoxic keto, I put on weight and my body is struggling to get back to its natural health. Hi Emmy…this is so helpful. I have been vegan for nearly a decade. I’ve never struggled with weight…whenever I would gain a few lbs I would go on a crash ‘vegan’ diet where I’d eat 800-1200 calories a day and I’d lose the weight quickly. After having my son (he’s 3) I struggled to lose weight in the first few months but ended up losing every lb quickly after that. I had twins last year…they’re 15 months old now, and I’ve been “dieting” and working out for nearly a year and it took me foreverrrrrrr to lose some weight and now I’ve plateaued and even gained in the last couple of months. I’ve started following the starch solution and really hoping this is the answer because I’m so sick of being starving all day and still not losing weight, or even gaining! I can’t imagine eating this many carbs and losing weight though🤣🤣

I was craving cheese to the point where I ate 2 lbs a week just out of the fridge. The cravings were causing sleep problems!! I think it also messed with my cycle. So happy to put that behind me for 3 days now thanks to this plan.

I preach this message. And the dairy message. The only thing is that all of the people that aren’t necessarily overweight and want to get more muscle. The fitness influencers still eat bacon and egg sandos in the morning and look amazing have tons of followers and makes people think plant based diets w/ less protein are wrong because buff KZbinrs aren’t doing it… Thoughts?

I usually love to put olive oil and onion in a pan, in italian language is so called sofritto.. It makes food taste better. How to cook tofu without oil, preventing it from sticking to the pan? 😊Thaks.. I am vegetarian and we live in Croatia where we use our olive oil all the time.

Love this all except dissing coconut oil. I'm a retired breastfeeding researcher. Breastmilk contains lauric acid, & so does coconut oil! Coconut oil is even proven to help reverse dementia.

Talk to the waitress or chef and tell them what you don’t want. Ie have the dressing on the side or the sauce on the side so you don’t have your food drenched in oil. Tell them what your dietary needs are. Trust me it is getting easier, and they will try their hardest to help you.

How do you beat the fat cravings? I just don't feel satiated without peanut butter, nuts, seeds, avocadoes. I could lose weight if I cut out peanut butter, but if I do I don't feel full, plus crabby, less energy. Why do I crave high fat plant foods?

Hi hi Emmy! I’m a subscriber and my daughter has already bought into your program. My husband and I have moved into a life care community. We’ve bought into one meal a day program. The food however is heavy i.e. sauces frying dairy. The chef and I have spoken and he is willing to make me some vegetable dishes that I can eat on your program. Can you help me figure out what to tell him to prepare for me that well allow me to stay on your healthy eating plan - at least somewhat. I’ve been here a year and a half and I’ve already gained 5 pounds and that’s trying to eat healthy. Yikes!
