I'm a healthy person, but almost no time for proper workout. I also spend a lot of time sitting, but I gained weight and now I'm checking these kind of exercises since I get tired (and anxious) really fast lol. You're amazing! Thanks for share this video ♡

Very good and very easy to remember especially with name of the exercises except for the knee marching as we are senior citizens.
