Hot Wing Ribs.. Yeah, you read that right! We decided to use one of my buffalo wing recipes but use it on baby back ribs. Savory flavors with a little back end heat. It tastes like you're literally biting into a wing!

Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Hot BBQ Rub
• BBQ Bob Mighty Mitch's Wing Sauce
• Prairie Fresh Baby Back Ribs
• Yellow Mustard
• Butter
Directions:
1. Get grill or smoker to 275-300º.
2. Trim ribs and skin membrane.
3. Use yellow mustard as a binder.
4. Season both sides of your ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Chicken and Hot BBQ Rubs.
5. Place ribs on the grill for 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour, make sure the rub is sticking to the ribs and then spritz with water. Let the ribs go for another 45 minutes.
7. After 45 minutes, take the ribs off the grill and wrap each rib with BBQ Bob's Might Mitch's Wing sauce and half a stick of butter. Place ribs back on grill for another hour.
8. During the last 30 minutes, put a pad of butter and half a bottle of BBQ Bob's Might Mitch's Wing Sauce in a cast iron melting pot and slide it on the grill to warm up.
9. Pull your ribs once they're hitting 203-204º. We had about a 3.5 hour total cook time.
10. Glaze ribs with BBQ Bob's Might Mitch's Wing Sauce. You can return the ribs to the grill to caramelize if you wish.
