Day 5 DONE! Week 1 DONE! - Those side bridges with the leg lifts are near impossible for me to do!! My hips and butt are notoriously weak. Anyone else struggle with this? Or is it just me?

I did this program in the beginning of my journey to weight loss. I built up to being able to do this series by occasional workouts with friends a couple times a week, being active with "quarantine" style short video workouts, and running. I remember finding these videos and LOVING them. I finished this series and was hungry for more, while still feeling SO proud I had done it! I fell out of the healthy habits and workouts a few months after finishing this. I tried and failed to pick up all my healthy habits again. Now, I'm back on board and committed and doing this series again. I can't tell you how GOOD it feels to have finished this week doing every video and knowing that I wasn't perfect, and I'm not as strong as I was, but I'm building back to it. And that's worth a lot for me! Thank you Heather for building this series that is so challenging but also so rewarding

Finished with week 1 during my second round of the 12 week program. For anyone who hasn’t completed the 12 week program yet, my suggestion would be to do what makes ur body feel good! Stop if u need to, pause the video if u need to, modify workouts, swap a workout that’s hard or doesn’t feel well with something u can do, etc. We got this!

It took me about 8 days as well! It was that my body was so sore I had a hard time moving them in the exercises. I just decided to make sure I go on a walk on my “recovery” days 😅

When I started working out to your videos I could barely touch my toes (I can now)and the prisoner squats /up-downs..no way. Today when I saw we were going to do them I right I can't do those but I tried and I did and with no issues. Thank you, Heather, you have made me stronger.

I've dabbled in your workouts Heather but have never been as consistent as I am with them now. Week one done. I made a promise to myself as a homeschooling mom of two little ones, a former athlete, a nursing student and a CNA that I am GOING to prioritize my health. If I don't have my health then everything I've worked for is for nothing, right? I see first hand every day what happens if you do not take care of yourself. Can't wait to start week 2! I came across this program last week Friday, I started on Saturday and I just finished week 1. Yay. Starting week 2 tomorrow morning. I'm commiting to being consistent and to complete this program by first week of September by God's grace. Thank you soo much for making this program free Heather. 28/06/22 11:59pm Just completed week 3 Day 3. Today was a struggle but I did it anyway. 17/07/22 10:24am Completed week 4 today. I'm one week and 2 days behind. I had to take a break for the first 10days of Dhul Hijjah Ibadah and Eid runs. I'm struggling 😪 but I have to keep going. Starting week 5 tomorrow.

Week 1 is done! This was definently my most challenged workout from week 1. I had trouble with balance like front and back lunges I had to stop in the middle to check my balance. The side blank with leg lift I had trouble to stay of the floor with my hip. I also need to stretch more I used to be so bendy and stretchy until I was about 24 now I am 40 and life happened kid,husband tones of moving the last 10 years. I picked up running in the last 10 years ran half marathons and even got into London Marathon in 2018 which I also finished. But stretching was and is always my hardest to do in my training sections. Thank you so much Heather for doing this I wish I saw this last year. I akso got the nutrition guide ,salad dressing and treat recipes yesterday from your webside. I have a lot to read for this weekend. Thank you again Love from a German Mama living in Idaho

I am not a fit person who does exercise, but always wanted to be and in dec i found your 28day program and thought id give it a go, it worked great and i cant believe i made it through the whole thing. It really helps having a set program for me so ive found out. And i was worried what i was going to do when id finished it as i couldnt afford to buy one of your other program's... i was soooo happy and amazed when you released this 12week program for free! 🤯 thank you so much. Ive just completed week one, as i set feb 3rd as my start date. Its been fantastic, even tho ive had a virus i managed to push thru and now have a couple of days to recover and back into it on monday!! Again thank you!!! ❤

Modifying is not necessarily a bad thing. It can actually be a way to show your progress b/c if you are able to do the same moves during phase 3 (the last 4 weeks) without modifying, it shows your growth! You got this!!

same, I literally felt like crying because I couldn't do any of the workouts, I have really bad knee's so I can't do squats or lunges and at the end felt like I didn't even workout but you gotta listen to your body!

@@zsanchez95 I have bad knees as well. Mostly from 12years in martial arts/MMA. And from 2 knee surgeries back then. I cant go deep in squats,etc. But just do what you can without actual PAIN. Once you strengthen the muscles and tendons around the knees it will feel safer and easier.

i finnished the 1st week today, and i`ve lost 6 lbs already !!!It`s crazy!! I do not starve myself, just eat clean, and i added more fisical activities to my daily routine like walking on a longer distance with my dog and a few horse-riding classes. Just for refference - I started from 185 lbs (now down to 179) this first week and I am 5.5 feet high. I am happy with my results!!! I am aware that those 6 lbs are mostly excess of water, but i feel much better fisicaly and mentaly! Thank you Heather, here comes the 2nd week, cant wait for it!!!

I am 67 and I love finding new workout plans - this one is GREAT. I do a lot of low impact mods but I feel sweaty and pumped -- and that is just after the warmup LOL. I do like to do something every day so I just use one of your shorter vids for my "rest" days.

This 5 day of training was swimmingly. Two exercise stuck in my memory: "side bridge leg left" is difficult but causes go on, non stop. I did it the limit of my endurance.🤪😤. I did it! 🤗 Second exercise is "crab dance".It is sportful.🦀 Thank you very much, Heather,🤩💞👌

Day 5 week 1 completed! First time around and finding it not too hard and not to easy.. Im a frekvent Hiit trainer used to train whit Body coach online for a year or more and needed a new challenge. As an amatuer fotball player this is perfect for me stamina and strenght..Thanx Heather great work great challenge!!!
