Through in some weights for extra resistance! This full body workout incorporates dumbbells to help build nice lean muscle. We are completing 3 sets of each exercise - now before you complain about multiple sets I promise you there is a reason we need to do this and I'm not purposely trying to bore you! lol These 3 sets will allow the muscles to become fatigued and help the body to build strength and muscular endurance faster than with just a single set. Throughout today's full body workout we will also be adding in some cardio intensive moves so we will be building muscle and burning fat at the same time. Win win!
Breakdown: 2 circuits x3 rounds each 30s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface
*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

I wanted to come on here for everyone that’s just starting this fitness journey to tell you it’s completely worth it!! I also struggled so much through these first couple videos because we are so out of shape but your stamina will improve and you will get stronger. I just finished the full program today and I am 18 lbs down!! I know it’s tough, I also wanted to give up at some point but don’t. It is 100% worth the struggle, you will see results at some point and you’ll want to keep going!!

@@thedirtyoar861 hello! I actually didn’t have a strict diet, just smaller portions of what I ate and made sure I didn’t have junk food more than once a week if that. Meaning chips, candy, soda, burgers/fries, pizza.. I made sure to have my 3 meals a day and always drank water throughout the day! I hope you’re still going strong on your journey :)

I completed the 12 week program last month and so proud I never missed a day. I have restarted the program and thought it would be easier. It still kicks my butt. I love the feeling i get when I am DONE!!! Heather you are the BEST

Anyone else feel the BIG difference between finishing week 1 and starting week 2? WOW, that was a good workout -- thank you, Heather! Modified a few of the moves for my back but still felt like I got a great workout... IN UNDER 35 min -- woot woot! Hope everyone else is having as great a time with these at-home workouts like I am :)

after 18 months of working out with another online instructor and really getting into a comfort zone status with her I have been searching for someone else who I enjoy the workouts with and the classes would push my middle-aged body harder! And then I found Heather. Love these classes!! Sometimes too hard for me but gives me something to work towards again. Feel so good after working out here. Thanks Heather!

its my first day of week 2 and I've been following along since day 1 of week 1, after my 2 days rest I thought I wouldn't be able to get back into it more properly but I felt the complete opposite and by the end of the workout I felt exilerated! i was following along intuitively while listening to my body and stopping if anything was getting too much or finding a more beginner friendly form for a certain move and it definitely made me feel more in tune and ready for whats to come next. I'm getting more and more excited, I haven't felt this more healthy in a really long time. thank you.

This is my second time and I would really like to know what changes you experienced when starting over again. Did you work with heavier weights? Did you find some exercises easier now that you struggled with before (thinking about all the kinds of push-ups)?

@@Naridyia Good Job Girl ! Keep the hard work. Well for me, the first weeks are so easy the second and third time around so I usually add another workout, Hiit or some toning one. And I did use heavier weights but resistence bands have become my besties because I have knee problems. So those two are killers. I also go for a run sometimes. Also I took some weeks between rounds so I don't get bored. Hope you find this helpfull ! Let me know how it went for you

@@Naridyia also another thing. Push up ugghhhh. They never get easier. I become stronger in my arms but I still get on my knees for push ups. So I you are like me, don't worry sometime in the future. Keep working on it

After a stressful day. I felt it even more necessary to keep up the workout videos. After all, it is motivating that Heather makes many videos into the twelve week workout. I wasn't as motivated as usual given my stress today, but my inner voice said do it. It was a bit harder to stay focused during the workout and I wasn't as light as usual. But I did the whole workout and I feel like my mind is thanking me for it. I was even a bit emotional during the workout because of how good it made me feel. Now I feel proud of my decision. Besides, since I found this youtuber, I got addicted. Plus, I was in need of a high impact workout routine. Thanks.

Round 2. I’ve noticed that I have never suffered any kind of injury with Heather, the warm up and cool down are so essential. Still very challenging. I feel goooood 🙏🏻

W2D1 ✅ Oh my goodness this is the farthest I’ve ever made it into a challenge! Heather, the workouts are kick-butt, but not so hard that everyone wants to just give up. So thank you and thanks for the motivation everybody! We got this! Less than 11 weeks to go! 🙌

Completed this work out. I used 8, 10, and 15 lbs for triceps and goblet squats! I think I am ready to move up to one 20 lb weight. Thanks, Heather!

I’ve been training at the gym since mid August consistently every single day and I did week 1 last week and thought wow these are awesome they make me sweat a lot ! Well today’s workout was amazing! It was insanely hard even for someone who has been working out every single day and lifting weights too. Omg I was dead. I’m not one to pause workout videos but I HAD to I was so out of breath! Workout done 1st day of week two and wow! Loved it with the weights but thought wow no jumping but how wrong was I 😂😂 Definitely brought my heart beat up with the two cardio moves on routine 2 Thank you for a awesome workout today

Thank you very much for creating this, girl!! I've tried a few workout plans before but none of them was so much fun. Your style just suits me SO MUCH. It's efective and challenging enough but not too much, I still enjoy the excercise. Also I'm a big fan of yoga, so I really appreciate how you included some yoga movements into your rutines! In first round I did counting calories and high protein,lost 3 kg but my body getting smaller (lost inches),but now in round 2 I need motivation,because I keep eat junk 😅,wish me luck .

Although i had a nice sweat sesh, I thought this was easier than week 1. I lift my 40lbs dog a few times on a daily basis because she thinks its fun and considers it her play time so I had an advantage ;) I must admit when i know its the third round it motivates me to push harder as i know its the last round but boy i am fatigued. Thank you for this awesome programme. Much love from South Africa.

The more of Heather's workouts I do, the better my form gets. You know how I know my form is on? I can actually feel my muscles as I do the exercise, especially in my abs! When I do her arm exercises (bent over row i.e.) my obliques be like, yessssss...

Definitely a sweaty seesh. My sister is also doing the workouts (it was her who told me about them) I haven't been to the gym in 2 months as I got a concussion at Christmas so I'm easing myself back in before I'm back doing strength. I will definitely be completing the full 12 weeks bring it on 💪

This is my second round of the 12 weeks challenge. Finished the first round last month. Heather still managed to kick my butt 🥵🥵🥵 so happy I decided to restart this program! Saw great results the first time.

While doing week 2 day 1 I was thinking when it will be over . After completing the workout I am so sweaty and think I wanna do it again, can't wait to do day 2. Feeling so powerful,strong now! 🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🦸

This one was relatively easy. I did not struggle and only took one break. On week 1days, I rested at least 5 times per day...really tiring. I was able to enjoy more and suffer less today. Thank you Heather!!

Ok so I thought I was okay for the first 20 mins and then it hit me!!! Whewww!!! I had to drop my weights boy!! Happy I finished, I still feel so much better than last week!!

Week 2 started with a lovely and kinda relaxing workout! I am planning to stick to this program for 12 weeks. I am back to gym again after restrictions and such... but I still plan to continue with these routines

Totally did not have weights for today so I modified with different moves from week 1, still kicked my butt! Making a Target trip for weights tomorrow--thanks so much for sharing! Finally feeling motivated to get in shape!

Finally got through a week of working out😭 I've never been this consistent before. Starting week 2 day 1 today💜 my eating wasn't the best last week but I've been trying to change it up a bit and I'm starting intermittent fasting as well
