I'm back for my 2nd round!! I did this full 12 week workout during the pandemic of 2020. Lost 35 lbs doing this AND kept the weight OFF!!! Went from 200lbs to 155lbs. The first 10 lbs were due to simply walking everyday for an hour. But this is The only workout plan I could get through. I'm so excited to do it again. Heather is the truth!!

Just a reminder to everyone to take this at your own pace. As long as you are challenging your body in a way that feels good and refreshing to you, you are doing it right. There are no expectations with how fast you have to do this. I'm proud of you for being here and for taking care of yourself! Be compassionate to yourself when you struggle and recognize that no matter where you might be in comparison to others, you are bettering yourself and that is incredible in itself.

Khalid Qayyum I just started to eat cleaner. More veggies, chicken, fish, turkey meat,etc. protein is a MUST when trying to lose weight. I also kept track of macros here and there but not too much. Cut out sugar and focused less on what the scale was saying. I still have my cheat days but don’t over indulge :)

I'm a new subscriber and I wanted to thank you for these free workouts. We lost our home and are now homeless, but working out helps me to relieve stress because of our situation. And even though I have to sacrifice eating some days so my two children have food, I still workout to these videos. It helps that I can save these since I don't have access to WiFi when the library closes.

This is my second attempt at 12 weeks challenge and it is much LESS advanced for me than the first time. My body and overall condition got much, much worse and I need to do low impact/no jumping modifications all the time - BUT! What this has already taught me is that it is perfectly fine to start slow, to not push myself to the limit, it is okay to take care of my body and nurture it and love it.. and I somehow believe this approach will take me further than the last time ❤

I'm just going to record my improvement right here. I just started yesterday but I didn't bother to write because I'm too lazy but I just decided to post my improvements here. I stop doing her fabulous exercises 2 months ago with a weight of 80 or 81 kilos but yesterday I'm so shock of my weight (not really). Weight- 88 kgs. Height- 5'1 Waist- 37.5 inches Leg- 26 inches Arms- 17 inches Day 1- Yesterday I weighed 88 kilos. After doing the day 1 exercise I feel really sore not only because of Heather's amazing workout but also I carry weights and dumbells before I started her amazing workout. Week 1 Day 2- I weighed 86 kilos right now and I just can't believe how fast it was to lose 2 kilos in a day. Day 3- I'm feeling great right now like LITERALLY GREAT. My weight is still stuck on 86 kgs. and I don't mind it at least I'm making progress. Let's keep going everyone! Day 4- I'm close to finishing week 1 and I feel happy about my progress right now. My weight is currently 85.5 now and I feel ecstatic. I saw a huge difference, my bloated tummy just flatten now. We can do this! Day 5- I skipped yesterday beacause my period just came and I don't have the strenght to do the exercise due to the period cramps but today, I resumed it. Done with Week 1! My weight is currently still 85.5. Fighting! ~~. ~~. ~~ Week 2 Day 1- I took a 5 days rest due to some sudden emergency in our home and I feel bad about it. My weight rapidly increased and it is back to 88 but this happening will not lower my determination. This will be a lesson in my part and it's okay. We can do it! Do it for yourself! Day 2- My weight drop again from 88 kgs. to 86 kgs. I'm happy for my improvements and I hope I will finish this exercise again not like last time where I have so many rest days. We are loved! Day 3- I sweat a lot in this exercise and I'm literally loving every second of it. Done with this day, my weight is still the same and I'm happy with my improvement. My bloated tummy have flatten a little and honestly, you can see the difference from the first day from now. We are beautiful and valid! Ps. Remember, we are gorgeous in our own way. Don't do something for the sake of others but do it because it makes you happy and satisfied. Please remind me to update everyday incase I'll forgot. Can you give me tips to continue this challege if I don't have a yoga ball I badly need it

I forget to record now, unfortunately I'm still stuck on week 9 everyone but I can do it! I just found some exercises and advice from my uncle who owns a gym and encountered many people who lost weight in his own gym that he always welcome everyone in there for free so I unfortunately stop doing workout but hey! My weight is still 85 and I'm kinda in the fault there but my physical has changed eventually. My tummy have flatten, my shoulders, thighs have hardened and just simply I look healthy and stronger than before but I used one of her workout still that is the no repeat workout that I always do and it still works perfectly good to me! I just found something that is more effective in my body but Heather still rocks! It's just what she says, you gotta look an exercise that is fit in you like the missing piece in the puzzle. We can do it guys! Love you! ♥️

Thanks so much for this program! Although i can no longer do jumping movements, I made modifications and am happy that i can still get my body moving with your workouts :) and fitting in ab work is always a good thing, thank youuu

Same, I have a ruptured disc in my low back so jumping is a no for me and I just improvise lol

Second time around and it’s feeling great! Definitely feeling stronger than last time. Stronger, better endurance, easier to keep form… I hope everyone getting this second day keeps it up! It is worth it!

Day 2 down! It’s kind of insane that there are 12 weeks of this - by far the longest challenge I’ve ever done. Thankfully, taking it day by day seems manageable. Today felt much shorter than the first day’s workout - I didn’t need to pause the video for breathers at all! All of y’all doing his challenge, whether past present or future, let’s work hard and fight for our goals! Hard work and persistence bring fruitful rewards💪🏻

3 months ago, I did only the first week of this challenge and gave up because I wasnt strong enough. Now, I have worked up my beginner strength and I am not going to give up this time 🎊🙌

Really loving your workouts Heather. Great format. I was following another program before, and although I have been consistent and seen results, having the "up next" and the timer on screen really makes a huge difference for me to prepare for the next move and not lose any time or heart rate. Hi Heather! I have just found your workouts and after having done a bunch, I have decided to start the 12-week program. Thank you so much for creating this! I am really looking forward to feeling better, stronger and more energetic. I love how you have incorporated some yoga moves into the workout. Also, I find that if some of your exercises are a bit too strenuous, they are easy to modify. I am not so good at jumping right now. But I can easily do some moves in a lunge or squat or side lunge instead of the jumps. Love it! Great workout, I am sweaty and made it through to the end. This is Day 1 for me....I will do my best to keep going!

Wow that was amazing. I only did one modification- I couldn’t do the second round of ninja hops . I’m 243 pounds this is second day of challenge I burned 343 calories according to my Apple Watch

Take a rest for few minutes if you feel like fainting. Don't push your body too much. Once you'll build the strength, you'll be able to get through the whole workout without pausing and fainting. Stay healthy and stay safe.

I must have a peanut butter slice of bread 1.5 hr before not to feel faint...so could be pre work out u need some energy snacks?
