Let's do it team! Today's workout is a full body HIIT circuit followed by a quick ab workout. We will be adding weights to some of the exercises for added resistance. Lots of powerful moves in this one today but remember to listen to your body and do what feels right for you! Breakdown: Full Body HIIT x2 rounds each 40sec work + 20s rest
Ab workout x 2 rounds 20sec work + 10sec rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Each day is perfection. Pieces together so perfectly. I’m so glad there were only two rounds of that today. Kept hoping there wasn’t a third coming🤣 Feeling stronger every day. I can already tell my metabolism is revved up these days.

These sessions are awesome. I am already doing some moves that I could not perform correctly when I started this last week. Hard to believe I am only in the second week and seeing improvements in my strength. Amazing. And in only half hour sessions. I was doing more than that before I started this. So very excited about this program. Thank you. 7 months post partum in my 40’s and in the best shape of my life.

I did a rest yesterday coz my work...but i did this today. It means i have to workout on Saturday to pay it off 😋 Week 2 day 4 DONE ✔ amazing... i can follow through the entire workout, no rest, no pause... yeaayyy!

I am so glad to try this program again. A few years ago, I tried, and it was too hard. This time, after 8 months of working at increasing my fitness, I am loving it. I do modify to minimal jumping and am able to finish the sessions with a great sweat and sense of accomplishment. I already see a difference in my body. At 55, I am so excited to see how much I transform over the full 12 weeks! Combating menopause with fitness! This is a great program to incorporate into my lifestyle changes. Love it!

I wasn't at all motivated to do anything today, but as soon as I put the video on I did it anyways. Surprisingly I felt alive during this workout, after first round I wanted to give up but the music and trying to stay with Heather kept me going. She even sneaked that jumping jack burpee in there 😑 I didnt stop once and I'm proud. Feeling the after workout high, thank-you Heather! 😁

Week 2 Day 4 - Done! I don't see any differences in the mirror and even a plus on the scale, but I feel the difference in performing the exercises and in my endurance. Thank you, Heather!

My shirt is drenched and that ab circuit KILLED me but week 2 day 4 done!!!! This is my first workout program and the first time I am actively taking charge/care of my health and body (even tho I'm only 23) and I am so proud of myself and looking forward to getting stronger!

I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!!! I've been doing this 12-week workout plan (I'm on my second week) but I do it one day yes and one day not because I run the day in between. I went to visit my country for 2 months and I gained some weight, I believe 3 kilos (6 pounds) or maybe more and I already lost them! I'm still working out because I gained some weight before leaving like 2 kg more. In total, I gained 11 pounds and already have burned 6 pounds. I feel super strong, healthy, I'm also eating fewer carbohydrates and everything together has helped. But your workouts are the best, very professional and encouraging. Thank you for making this free plan. I'm very happy with it. I already feel the muscles on my back!

I'm feeling stronger and stronger! I wasn't able to do planks before, let alone any variations. Now I can do it all! I've been really patient with myself through your videos, and it's really paying off. I used to be really hard on myself, and I'd always burn out. Thanks for the amazing workouts!

Apart from russian twists, I was able to do almost all the exercises with proper form. My maximum heartrate recorded during this session was 152 bpm. Thank you heather!

week 1 did 3 workouts week 2 planning on completing 4 workout this week gaining strength n taking things slow..getting back on track after an episode of depression, hormone imbalance, still need to work on my sleep but i m getting there thanks for wonderful.workouts

Thank you for these workouts, Heather! They are great. I am a puppeteer and I need to be in good shape and take care of my body. Your workouts are perfect for that. The only criticism I have is the music. I find it horrendous. But everyone has their own taste 😅

I love your workouts, I did a few months of low intensity and mostly weights based workouts leading up to starting the challenge and am thrilled that I am starting to manage to get through them without extra pauses in between. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and more physically fit as I work my way through, my current plan is to do week 4 and then start at week 1 again, but I'll see how I feel when I get there. Thank you so much Heather for supplying these wonderful workouts free of charge.

Thank you! The weight thing drives me crazy too but I learned that some of the pounds mainly have to do with water retention. So drink lots of water. Low complex carbs, lots of greens and protein and you will be good! Good luck! Look forward to hearing about your weight loss in 4 weeks. Its bound to happen

The exercises are excellent. Feel refreshed and rejuvenated every time after the work out. However, i have a small feedback - the warm up and cool down parts are difficult to follow without a preview before the exercise starts. It would really help if the preview can be added for warm up and cool down parts also. Thanks for being there

This workout 4 of second week is my favourite because I did it easier than previous. I feel increase of my strength, flexibility and endurance. Thank you , Heather to your regular efforts. I love your KZbin channel, your website. This morning I did all exercise at same pace like the trainer .It is progression. I enjoy abc of Heather, it is my favourite. 🤗

I love these workouts, I do believe unless you are doing them very quickly it is hard to get enough reps in for it to really make a difference. I know she goes fast but sometimes I stop the timer and do a number amount of reps instead. Example: I could only do eight solid crunches in the amount of time given (i use weights tho). When on my own I do 16 in a set. I just find timed circuits to be tough and a little stressful because if you aren't doing them at the same speed you don't exactly get the same workout. But I love these get my heart pumping and I sweat a lot. Always feel great after

I wasn’t going to do it today the kids gave me like no sleep last night but I put the baby to bed and said eff it let’s go! Sooo glad I did bc it was a bit easier today... it’s like you knew 👍. I love your work outs!

This is the worst I performed since I started the program but I did it and will do better tomorrow. I started the program on a Thursday so my rest days are a bit out of whack. I took my active rest day after the third workout of the week and did a nice long hike. Today I restarted with this workout after the full rest day yesterday.

Decided to add this one in today on top of the calendar workout. It's amazing the difference I see in Me compared to the first time I did it.

Oh my gosh! Today's workout was hard for me. I feel great after completing but it was a challenge this morning. Whew!

Yes my abs burn in the last set 😅😅😅 but loving it, happy pain and thanks for another awesome workout.

Day 4 complete! Tomorrow will be my day 5! Grateful for the flexibility! I noticed you added beeps when you switch stretches in the cool down, which is awesome so I don't have to kink my neck watching to see when you make a change! You are the best! Thank you!!
