I'm a 46 year old man who relies on HIIT, so that I can continue to enjoy tacos for many years to come. Started doing these Heather Videos a couple months back and now she is the only option because the workouts are so thorough and burn so many calories, as well as keep you toned. I'm roasted afterwards but I feel great and then I head for the taco shop. Thank you.

I have been working out for 40 years, even through 2 pregnancies. I have always worked out so that I too can eat whatever I want without worrying about calories and to feel and look good. I weigh 15 pounds more than I did at 18 and I attribute that to exercise. HR rocks!

My wife and I have been doing these workouts for about two years. Always very challenging and fun. And we really appreciate the fact that there is NO talking-only music during the workout. Best KZbin workouts available!

I love the no repeats. A 45 minute one, not including warm up and cool down would be great. I like a hour workout includes all. Thanks for your great work outs!! I appreciate what you do for others.

30-60 min no repeat workouts with weights are my FAVORITES!! I also adore the low impact no repeats for those days when I’m tired, sore or injured. You’ve gotten me through a few injuries in the past few years, so thank you!!

This workout was calling my name and I absolutely answered accordingly! I feel so much better after being a grouch for the better part of the day....one of the reasons I love working out in the morning. This was worth the wait though! 5.22.2023!

Love no repeats, they motivate me! I love how clear everything is labeled and accurate the timer is. (And i like that you dont coach/yell/or yammer smalltalk during exercise!) I need more low/no impact with high cardio intensity in my life after a health emergency. I've been using your workouts for years and will continue. Thank you for your skilled content!

I used to hate doing strength and especially with weights. You've made it so enjoyable! 7 months ago I started with 0-5#, I've moved up to 8# and about to transition to 10#! It's so exciting to see ones body change, thank you!

This was PERFECT. For us who’s fasting.. this was the perfect t amount of time and sweat! I workout after I break my fast so this was a perfect amount of time. 20-30 minutes is reasonable for a time like this!! Can’t wait to go back to normal 40-45 minute workouts 🙏💪🏻❤️

I’m on my 20th day of my weight loss journey and this is hands down by far the hardest yet. I’ve been doing her exercises every day since day 1 and this one just broke me mentally and physically. I broke down in heavy tears after pushing myself thru the pain of this workout. Great job.

No repeat workouts are the best! Knowing I don't need to do the exercise again really pushes me to do it to absolute max!

Love this monthly calendar to get motivated Love to see a workout all about strengthening areas to avoid knee pain and strain. Also calf strengthening - recovered from previous tear and need to build up muscle again. Thank you for these workouts and free! You are amazing to save us all from Ontario lockdown!
